January 29th 2026 I had went into Culver's they were pretty busy. I watched this manager Ari be so rude and disrespectful. To people picking up orders for delivery services. The eye rolling, acting as if she couldn't be bothered with customers at all. You're a manager Ari. You work in the fast food industry you know customer service is supposed to be your number one thing. But to be so rude do people who were picking up other people's orders to deliver them they're doing their job too. That was not okay. I spoke up about how I watched you act. And to hear one of your employees that is lower on the totem pole than you. Tell me that she apologizes for the way you are acting. And that you guys are pretty busy. I told the lady I understood but it was still unacceptable because you guys are in the fast food industry. You should be ashamed of yourself for how you treat people knowing this is the profession you got into. You became a manager only to be rude and disrespectful to customers and other people doing their job like delivery drivers. I truly hope there is some type of repercussions for how you treated people tonight.

Grilled chicken horrible. Taste like rubber could not eat it. Their hamburgers are awesome just don’t get the chicken

The burgers are pretty good and they aren't super greasy, the fries are a little bland in my opinion. The ice cream always hits and I usually enjoy their flavor of the day. There have been multiple instances where my order comes out wrong: wrong burger altogether, wrong toppings on the burger, wrong toppings in my concrete... a lot of times it's little things that I don't feel the need to send back, but it seems like the staff doesn't pay attention to the little details. There is one member of staff that makes me slightly uncomfortable as he often goes on long, honest-to-a-fault tangents about his day, but I think he might just be very extroverted.
I usually get the roast beef dinner, but tried a bacon cheeseburger and was very disappointed, patty was so thin and crunchy I would of been better off going to McDonald's for a burger.
