Food was good but I would of given it a 5 if it wasn't so salty and smoothy so sugary. Hamburger was good as was the onion rings and fries.

The burgers are pretty good and they aren't super greasy, the fries are a little bland in my opinion. The ice cream always hits and I usually enjoy their flavor of the day. There have been multiple instances where my order comes out wrong: wrong burger altogether, wrong toppings on the burger, wrong toppings in my concrete... a lot of times it's little things that I don't feel the need to send back, but it seems like the staff doesn't pay attention to the little details. There is one member of staff that makes me slightly uncomfortable as he often goes on long, honest-to-a-fault tangents about his day, but I think he might just be very extroverted.

I usually get the roast beef dinner, but tried a bacon cheeseburger and was very disappointed, patty was so thin and crunchy I would of been better off going to McDonald's for a burger.

We ordered Culver’s Bacon Cheeseburgers with fries tonight using DoorDash. My Bacon Cheeseburger, the bacon was mostly raw only small end pieces were cooked but not cooked very well. So pretty much I had to pull all the bacon off from my Cheeseburger. I was very disappointed in the food quality. The last time I had Culver’s it was pretty good. I hope they address this raw bacon thing.
