Ordered in the drive thru.. it was raining so hard that I had to order at the window. They still managed to get my order wrong.. It is what it is..

Service is consistently slow And when asking for a cup of ice water was told it would be a sixteen cent charge. But if requesting extra napkins was handed a handful. What questionable choice by management to charge for water - not a job one could enjoy having to pass that along.
Considering there are other choices nearby, better business practices should be considered.

They are pleasant enough and my blizzard was great! They even recommended a blizzard I might eventually try.
Just a great Dairy Queen. Can't believe a medium Blizzard is over $7 now.
Dietary restrictions: Certain Blizzards are gluten free. The Reese's cup is what I get.

Just left at 11:33am did not get greeted , wasn't told a single word. Shift lead was rude when I addressed her not helping her crew. All they had to do is atleast greet us and let us know it would be awhile. Shift lead needs better leadership training.
