One of the best places to get a steak and cheese philly

I’ll be honest I’m surprised at the good reviews because this place was really run down, over priced and unsanitary. They don’t wear gloves which already is gross to me but they touch their face, hair, nose and then proceed to prep the food. The shakes are runny and disappointing. Food is meh for the price. Not worth it honestly. The staff are awkward and unhelpful and just stare at you and give an unwelcoming vibe.

Walked in with my SERVICE DOG with his vest on through a puddle in the front- 🤮 and the girl rushed up to the counter after I waited about a minute and without greeting or looking she rudely told me “pets aren’t allowed in here.” I kindly told her he was a SERVICE DOG and pointed out his vest. Customer service the biggest part of a business and it is literally talking to people. Needless to say I left and didn’t get any ice cream. Parents and business owners do a better job at training your kids and staff on how to talk to people. It is not that difficult.

Did not appreciate Dairy Twist employee pointing out my large truck was parked spamming two parking spaces. The main parking lot was completely empty at the time. Granted I was over the line you need to make choices as you interact with a paying customer.

I think one of the most telling things is if a kid wants to go to a restaurant for their birthday. My daughter chose Dairy Twist for her birthday dinner because she loves the food and she knows I will always get the family ice cream any time we have a chance to go here! Best butter scotch shakes and burgers around!

For a place known for their ice cream, they have a pretty great taco. We just moved to Bellevue and my wife loves this place. My one minor critique would be that they marked the entrance to their parking lot a little better. But that's minor and I'm sure I'll learn it at the pace we're coming here.

I love Dairy Twist!!! Great food Great people and Great atmosphere.
Okay food. Service is slow. Manager is unprofessional. Done giving this places chances rather pay extra at Dairy Queen . Kitchen full with kids who don’t wear gloves . I’ve been here multiple times and never see anyone with gloves on . Even today a kid handed me my icecream with his bare hand gripping the top ( did not have a lid on)
