Domino's Pizza

I received the wrong order. And I also spent over an hour on hold. Once somebody answered all they said was please hold and didn’t not give time to respond before I was immediately placed on hold. I would like a call from a manager. If I ever receive one I will update or take this down once I receive one. My order number on 12/3 was #949

Kristina is the worker that helped me and she was a gem. My pizza was missing a topping because the store ran out of it but Kristina made sure I left with dinner and a something else for my troubles.

I understand mistakes happen. Restaurants mess up all of the time but going the extra mile to keep their customers happy is what counts. 5/5 stars.

There is a long list of items to complain about. Service was very slow. I was told they were short handed, no sorry. The app said my order was ready but I had to go inside. The person at the oven was nice but overwhelmed. They were using a press to make the pizza. What a waste. The pizza was over done and it took an additional 35 minutes to get my pizza after waiting 15 after I ordered it. I will never go to this Dominos again.

Ordering and pick up of the pizza was great but that is where the greatness ended. I ordered a large with extra pepperoni and extra cheese and in doing so expected that there would be both extra cheese and extra pepperoni. On each slice there were three or four pieces of pepperoni and a light layer of cheese. This is the second time I’ve tried ordering this from this location and both times it did not meet expectations. Casey’s pizza is way better and right across the street. For great pizza go there.

As I'm standing here, waiting for my pizza order, I get to listen to someone (I assume the manager) berate one of the other employees aggressively and insistently about being too slow.

I get it. Time is important. To me, dignity is more important.

This Domino's is never getting another dime from me.

Last nights Pizza There was a long strand of hair in my sons pizza. My other kids threw up the rest and they threw the pizza away. The only thing they barely ate after that was the chicken wings.. the were disgusted by that. Total waste of money to pay for quality and we get hair in our food

Do not order a pizza from this location. Ordered an online pick-up order and sat for nearly an hour waiting for it to finish. Also spent nearly that entire period on hold with the front counter trying to get an update about when my pizza will be ready.

Bellevue location is a joke, ordered online and used a free pizza coupon - they canceled my order and won’t even answer the phone when I call the phone number to contact. Will call back later and get in touch with a manager,
