Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza to pick up online and the order was being made at 8:23 and was supposed to take 9-17 minutes. I get to the store at 8:43 and they haven’t even started making it yet, then told me it’d be another 10-15 minutes.

Worst pizza I have ever had no cheese no sauce and burnt, the kid that took the order sounded high as a kite I had to repeat everything over and over then when I got the pizza I called to complain he said he would give me a credit and hung up... didn't ask a name a number what I ordered I will not go back and will not recommend

Usually give 4-5 stars, but this order was awful. The online system was not working, so called the number and ordered by phone. This was Dec 31, 2024 from Bellevue, Ne. I did not have notification of the delivery and when we finally checked the front porch, the pizza was overdone, cold, and dry. We tried, but it was inedible so threw it out.

This location use to be great but has gone downhill for a while. Wrong orders, drivers going to the wrong address and slow delivery.

Constantly waiting longer then the estimated time of arrival sometimes the pizza shit sometimes it's not

Apparently their delivery people think it's fine to just leave food at your door and leave and not even ring the doorbell or knock.

The guy taking my order acted like he didn’t even wanna work. Then told then he couldn’t get a driver till 11 o’clock, which is fine. Told me that earliest he could get delivered was 1130 so I said OK. It is now 12 o’clock. My wife just got off the phone and the guy told her they had a lot of deliveries it won’t be till after 12 And said I don’t know what else to tell you.

Just an accurate time would be cool and if you don’t like your job, go flip burgers or do something else. Thank you for your 10 minutes of time whoever you are.

I order delivery from this location somewhat often, and I think they do a pretty darn good job. We’ve had a few mix-ups (over several years) and they went out of their way to make it right each time.

Got my order in and the turn around was fast. It was hot, fresh and a lot of toppings. The delivery person Macie was very sweet and kind. My son, little granddaughter and I were very happy with our food. I have always had good food and service from this store.

This is the 2nd time they mess up my order last time they took 1 and a half hours to get here to my house so food was cold and messy ..this time i got a new york style pizza they can't cut into 6 big new york style slices instead it was 4 big slices and 2 little regular slices i mean come on someone didnt finish school or they lazy to cut the slices right and i got charged 20$ for the new york pizza itself when the ad on tv says they are only 10.99 plus i got robbed for my extra cheese ,pepperoni and tomato sauce that i paid for also the pizza was burnt ..they need new management and workers there cause they are lazy smh..I will be going to pizza hut from now on until theres new management there and i will be letting people know as well so they don't go to this location or order from that location

I ordered a pizza in the app for delivery and I literally got it 10 minutes later. Everything was as ordered and the delivery driver was professional and polite. Not what I expect from Domino's but very satisfying to see them rocking it out

Get a message at 9:10 saying driver is on his way now it's 10:00 and still no food. Tried calling the store and got put on hold for 30 minutes got tired of being put on hold so hung up this is totally piss poor service I only live 10 minutes from the store not happy with this my food should be free ???????????well here it is 10:23 and still waiting for my order talked to the store at 10:10 and was told it was on the way

I ordered 2 pizzas. I forgot to say no cheese. I ordered a 3rd pizza. The pizza had a weird chemical taste to them. Alex, an employee, was super cool! I ended up throwing them all away. Please respond it you had the same experience.
