The gal that helped us was nice once she finally decided to pay attention to us standing there. Food was completely garbage. I can't be too mad that the margarita was awful as well because they are only a dollar. We got one to share but it was so absolutely strong. You would've thought you were at a club buying a drink, not just stopping for a quick bite on a Sunday afternoon. The place was pretty dirty looking as well. A few years ago this location wasn't half bad. It's unfortunate to see the way it is now.

The food is always good. However, if you are a manager and need to provide a redirect to an employee, it's best to do so without attitude and out of earshot of customers. This is highly unprofessional of upper management. Lets do better people.

Just dropped by on the road trip to try the cheese frenchee. It was quite okay, but the staff & ambience was great. Easy parking in the lot and prices as expected for fast food chains.

Used to have the best taco salad in town. Picked one up tonight. Hardly any lettuce, tomatoes or cheese. Hamburger was very dry and over cooked, seemed like it had been sitting out all day. Beans were also dry like they had been sitting out all day. Flour shell stale.

I’ve never had a bad Don N Millie’s experience but the fries were absolutely disgusting. I started eating them as I was driving away and they weren’t hot. They were barely warm and they tasted like uncooked potatoes like they weren’t even cooked the way they normally are… I’m actually completely flabbergasted because this is usually my go to spot for always good fries.

Although keeping in mind that this is basically fast food, I'm not expecting a gourmet meal by any means but I ordered a chili cheese dog meal and the bun was old and taste like it had been microwaved the hot dog was Old the fries were fine the drink was fine. But when I opened it up it looked like a 2-year-old had slapped it together look like the bun had been through a sawmill and it just was very sloppy. I do realize it is a chili cheese dog but it literally look like they mangled the bun before they put the hot dog on it. Just a little presentation would have been appreciated I wasn't overly thrilled with the mail because it did taste old but because I was starving and had been at a hospital all day I went ahead ate it.

11/20/2024 7:40pm. Ordered at the drive through and the guy in front of me was waiting at the windows forever then he drove off because he never got his food. And after waiting and waiting we never got our food. I knocked on the window and two ladies that looked high came to the window not knowing we were waiting for our food. We left and are not coming back ever. Drug tests your employees. Left without our food because the ladies looked skuzzy and I didn't want to risk anything.
The fries were overcooked and old the cheeseburger had so much ketchup and mustard. It was even on underneath the bun, and it was overcooked too.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, and no one brought me my food. Had to go into inside and ask for it. Line was around the building by that time. Not sure how a restaurant doesn't notice their drive thru is not moving!! Tried reaching out to them but never received a response. Assuming they don't care. Food was good but service is as bad as it gets!

Their fried chicken and citrus salad is absolutely delicious!! The dressing is scrumptious! After the salad I had one of their chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. It was the perfect dessert!
