Went here and I order the wrong thing after a long day and they was kindly to fix my mistake for me without being rude and the guy in back was nice when he overheard the convo and offer to solve it . Made my day after a long day of work
I forgot my purse and called the store in Bellevue and the manager already put it in his office. I told him I might not get there before they closed than said he would bring it to the drive through when I got there. Other restaurant employees would never do it.
I remembered him because he was friendly and welcomed us when we went in to eat.
Very impressed and will eat there again.

The food is always good. However, if you are a manager and need to provide a redirect to an employee, it's best to do so without attitude and out of earshot of customers. This is highly unprofessional of upper management. Lets do better people.
