It was me and my boyfriend’s first time coming here one morning and everything we ordered was so good! I loved the frozen chocolate! The morning staff during that time were really nice and quick, you can tell they care about quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I did the order online, we made it there and they said the only bread they have for the sandwich was sourdough or English muffins, my husband wanted a maple croissant sandwich, he didn’t want none of those breads, it’s no our fault that you don’t have the materials to make your products on proper time, so why do I have to accept whatever you want to give me as exchange, you are the one that didn’t have what I ordered, so I asked for 2 croissants stuffers instead the sandwich and they say no, the best they could do was 1 croissant stuffer and a donut or mini bagels, I felt that the situation was poorly managed, a have been a customer from that location for many years and never had an issue with them, I even asked her if they switched managers and she said yes, definitely you can notice when someone doesn’t know what they are doing, I can understand that mistakes happen, but you should own your mistake instead of trying to get it of your hook, I feel that this new team management is not directed the right way .

I come here almost every day order the same exact coffee. This is the only dunkin close to my home. I literally almost never get the coffee that I ask for. Which I order a simple coffee caramel and cream only. Either hot or ice. Waste of time if I drive right back to get it re made and waste of money if I don’t because I won’t drink it.

I go in every other morning at 5:15 and every day it seems like im waiting longer and longer to just place my order with no one in line and get told to visit another location by the morning staff because they are understaffed

I went inside because my drive-through order of a simple bagel with cream cheese was incorrect. They do this all the time. By the way I went in asking for a new one to be made. I waited about 10 minutes. The whole inside was empty. They had about one person in drive-through just for them to hand me cream cheese spread, and a knife. I smiled, and the guy said well I can put it on there for you. When I first walked in the girl at the counter was eating and came up to me and just stared at me without greeting me. What a joke. I shouldn’t have to go home and reheat a bagel just because the inside children that are staffed are lazy.

Also super friendly and orders are accurate unless they run out of items. Sometimes the hot food I get from this location is a little burnt though. Their drinks are done better than the other location in Bellevue though.

Food and drinks were absolute fine, but the staff acted like a bunch of Eeyore's... you could tell they didn't want to be there, there was no friendly greetings, no smiles, just blank stares. No thanking us when we got order, it was actually sad and disappointing in a way. I'll go back because I love my coffee but next time I'll do drive thru. They make it depressing if you go inside. Not the vibe I want to carry all day...

I went inside to get six donuts because the line in the drive-through was crazy long. I had to pay with cash also otherwise I would had ordered on the tablet. I was not greeted which is fine. They’re busy, but I literally stood in there as they cleared out the whole drive-through, which was like 12 cars like I said I understand they’re busy but geez six donuts . I should’ve stayed in the car. Prioritize the inside customers also.

I only ordered 3 donuts so they were put in a bag not a box, one on top of the other- sprinkles, frosting and all sticking to one another. And when did an old fashioned become a plain cake donut? I wish I had taken a photo or video for this review.
