Pumpkin spice munchkins are always delightful .My iced mocha was made very well. I wanted a bagel sandwich but their ovens weren't working .I think this is the second or third time I've been there that they haven't had ovens working when I wanted food which is very frustrating. As much as I love Duncan I don't get to go very often.. You guys need some new ovens! Cuz clearly the ones you got are not very reliable. I just gave two stars because I couldn't...

Not sure why I even try to stop in anymore. Doughnut variety was basic. Got a coffee, the server pressed a button and walked away. Everything is automated and tastes that way also. Seems like they are more focused on the non doughnut options, that they have forgotten what made them good to begin with.

They always seem understaffed and not engaged or just overehelmed. Whenever I go in, it's a wait or a hassle to use Kiosk. Staff are not friendly, barely greet if at all, and are mechanical. I go there because it's close. But I am looking to find another location. If I'm spending my money there, I expect someone to ... at minimum.... make eye contact, to smile, and greet me!! God forbid.
