absolutely the worst customer service and products I have ever experienced

Consistently disappointed. I love DD but this location lets me down every time. I try to give this location a chance hoping it’s just a bad day but the long waits in line, poorly packaged food and customer service is all bad. Scooters can have my money.

Worst experience. I ordered online and they still had to wait over 30 minutes at the window to get my order and they didn't have the donuts I ordered and they gave us the wrong drinks. I will never come back here again.

Donuts never have good flavor, cake donuts taste like flour with food coloring and other donuts have not much flavor too just a hint of chocolate or maple. I always forget but as soon as I take a bit I throw the donut in the trash. They look so good but they are not.

Well, I ordered the maple bacon and egg croissant with extra bacon and asked for the bacon crispy! I received my sandwich, bacon wasn't crispy and there were small pieces of bacon on not equaling 3 slices so I told the cashier at the window this, she went and asked someone then came back and said, you get 3 strips, I showed her the sandwich and she saw the little pieces of bacon and came back with the extra bacon I paid for so thank you young lady for rectifying my complaint! My sandwich was amazing after that!!!

I’ve given this location so many tries but they have the worst customer service.
My hot drinks are cold, they forget to add the espresso or give me the wrong order. 5 Dec, was the last straw for me. Supposedly the employee working the window walked off the job. 5 employees continuously walked past the drive thru window for 10mins and didn’t take my money or give me drink that was sitting on the counter. Finally, after honking and waving an employee down was I acknowledged. The employees was pissed that I honked my horn and went off about the employee walking off the job. I don’t care! Get another employee to man the window. You have wasted my time and the other customers waiting in line. I left without my caramel macchiato and I won’t be returning again. This store needs better management and employees who want to work.

i waited in line 30 minutes which is insanity and the workers had no greeting just silence and my food was horrible the hash browns were burnt and my coffee tasted like water and cream so gross. coming from some who used to work at dunkin and we always were fast paced and made sure our food and drinks were cooked/made properly such a shame, embarrassment and failure of a store.

Waited in line for 40 minutes. After the first 20 I decided to leave this review. I almost left, but I wanted to see how long it would actually take to get donuts. The donuts were not fresh, they were out of a bunch of their selections, and 2/3 of the Vanilla Cream donuts I got had zero cream. While trying to get a response at the ordering speaker (minutes of nothing) I googled the phone number, and was calling the store at the same time. They never answered the phone. I did get donuts, and they were mediocre.

Awful service. They only wanted to serve drink customers. I was a donuts only buyer and waited for 20 minutes to get my order after I complained.

Last several times I have been here over the course of a few months, they have been understocked and understaffed to the point of not functioning. Neither of these things are the overworked employees' faults. I feel bad for them. This has been such a consistent problem I do not plan on returning to this location despite how convenient it is for me to get to. Seriously, don't place mobile orders here (it is likely they will be out of whatever it is you ordered), don't go through the drive thru (you will sit at the menu board with no help). If you want donuts, hit up the Bakers nearby. It is like whoever owns this place forgot it exists.
