Drive thru and counter service are slow every time I've visited this location. I've left without waiting to purchasing before. The drive-thru and parking are combined with a gas station on a odd corner location. You have to be careful with the busy gas station traffic.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant, and was told they didn’t have any croissants or english muffins, just sourdough and bagels. Okay, no problem, I’ll take it on sourdough. I get the sandwich and it comes with bacon, which I didn’t order. I’m a vegetarian. But whatever, I can take it off. My last straw was the sandwich being completely cold. The eggs are fresh from the fridge, cheese not melted whatsoever. I don’t think they even put it in a toaster or microwave. Nothing about it was even remotely warm.

Apparently this location is under new management and the people working are all new. I hope it gets better for them. I ordered a caramel craze and the girl who made it made it wrong. She remade it and then it was ok. They did give a free donut for the mixup but I will be steering clear of this location. The place is also a mess.

Would give zero for service if possible. Visited this location 11/2 around 9am. To start, the employee taking our order was VERY rude! After we ordered and was told to pull around, we waited at the window for well over 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once we were finally received out donuts, we opened the box only to find that near half of our donuts were not what we ordered, 4 of which should have had chocolate frosting but instead had either vanilla or strawberry. I would have been less upset had they communicated if they were out of chocolate frosting and asked if a substitute was OK. Could not go in to voice my frustrations as we had a hungry and now impatient toddler with us. I'll drive further to 72nd now or visit 48th and L before I go back to this location. Please do better and if you do not like your job, get another one instead of ruining people's morning!

Save your money and go somewhere else. It was 8am and they were out of croissants. Which I understand things happened but then they forgot about our order and we had to wait almost a half hour JUST for two donuts and some donut holes. Which one you were all in the case and just needed someone to pack. Two of the three workers were rude and bitchy, and unfortunately was rude to the one girl who was nice and helpful working (she had glasses with glasses chains). Keep in mind they Wernt that busy this morning. The younger looking girl was definitely the rudest, just hearing how she spoke to her coworker I wouldn’t be back. Definitely go somewhere else and if an owner is reading this please either get better staff or make sure they actually know what they’re doing. 0/5 if I could.

Welp. I should've read the comments online before ordering here. Food was terrible, drinks were gross and bitter. Order was wrong and then the girl had an attitude, remade it wrong lol. Also said our coupon wasn't valid for our order..and then kept our coupon. Thanks guys smh

I guess their card machine was down because there was a sign that said cash only or use the mobile app. All good I just used the app but the worker tried letting me go only giving me half my order and when I told them they asked what I was missing and how much so I tell her, I get my stuff and leave. Get home and I had the wrong sandwich. No one else in line and no other orders because when I got to the drive through they literally said my name before I gave them any info. How do mobile orders work do they not even tell you what I ordered???

Be prepared if you bring your kids here for donuts... They will be out of your first, second, and third choices, so be ready for whatever they have left over. Basically they suck and have nothing ready when you want it.

I come here often, but most of the time I’m greeted by a lady who yells into the headset. It’s really loud and I can’t tell if she’s mad to work or what. I’ve also have had 3 different times she’s handed me the wrong food and or drinks. Besides that, everyone else is very friendly and nice.

Slightly disappointing to go two separate times, nearly a week apart when they had no bread. At least the team onsite is normally pretty friendly.

This place was definitely something else. What donut shop doesn’t have most of their donuts? I came here today and there was absolutely no bread for any sandwiches, no sausage and probably 10 different donuts. The bathroom was disgusting and this place seemed to be ran by a bunch of 15 year old girls. I used to love coming here, but it definitely went downhill and I do not recommend anymore.
