Ordered my food for carry out got there waited for it to get done that's fine and great was little after the pick up time but oh well. Get back to my hotel to realize the second part of my order which I couldn't see with out ripping the plastic bag they tied it in. Was missing the chicken i paid extra to have on my noodles. Call the store just wanted to go pick up my chicken. And their phone was answered by the most useless employe I have talked to. Tried telling me he didn't give me my chicken cause jt was not what comes on it. Even tho clearly in the app u can put it on it and I do every time at my local restruant.was out of town visiting Omaha when we ate here. And he like was oh well that sucks. At that pointi hung up the phone will never eat here when visiting again

I do not recommend anyone eat here, the staff, the whole staff, are rude and pushed us out the door. Literally walked over to our table every 5 mins to remind us of what time they close, cut off the drink machine after we fixed our drinks so we couldn't get refills, and made rude comments the moment we walked in the door as if we couldn't hear them. Go elsewhere. The Alfredo cause was watered down, and the spaghetti sauce just wasn't good. Go spend your money somewhere you are actually allowed to enjoy your meal.

The drive through line went quickly. The cashier was outgoing and you could tell that she was smiling even before you got to the window to pay. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Thomas and crew!

Today was a very unusual day. We had to wait 40 min before everyone at the table got their food. Not normally like that.

Stingy with the sauce not eanough to cover the pasta. Was absolutely horrible flavor tasted like ketchup. Never again wish I could just get a refund not the food I remember. Do better frazolis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
