They consistently fail to complete a large order. 3 times now… I get home home to find out I’ve been screwed at the drive thru.. In today’s world it’s probably just my fault for not checking everything before I drive off. And they cut the salad from the family meal? Skimping on your deal and ya can’t provide what’s left of the meal…. Sorry Fazolies but we’re done

I went through the drive thru with my son. He really wanted a piece of cheesecake. I ordered a piece for him. When we arrived home there wasn’t a piece of cheesecake in the bag. I called and spoke to the manager. He was going to send some coupons so we could come back a different day. The coupons never came. I called back and talked to the manager again. The coupons still never came. It’s not really the money, it’s the fact the manager said on two different occasions they would send coupons.

This happened Tuesday March 26th at approximately 8PM.I ordered my food, paid, and was asked to pull up so they could bring out my food. After 15 minutes, I backed up to the drive through and didn't see anyone pass the window for almost 10 minutes. I was starting to get worried they were being robbed. When someone did pass the window, I was ignored, in spite of knocking on the window and waving.I finally pulled around and went into the dining room. I politely asked where my food was and if there was an issue. They had no idea I was waiting. I showed my receipt to the manager (a dark haired young lady) who said they would make my food. After another 5 minutes, I decided that I just wanted a refund.I asked for a refund receipt, but the manager told me they didn't do that. Time will tell if they were able to process that correctly.At NO time during this entire interaction (or lack there of) did any of the employees or manager apologize for the delay or give me a reason for it. Overall a completely disappointing experience.I know it's hard to find help these days, but there's just no excuse for this kind of "service".

The staff are friendly the bread sticks were soft and garlicky the Alfredo sauce was creamy,cheesey and delicious it only took like 4 minutes for the food to arrive, The best fazolis in town and the tables where clean unlike the others I've been
Have eaten at this fazolis for years and after my recent visit I will no longer come to this fazolis. Pizza was hard and crunchy bread sticks were good as always. My wifes salad had wilted lettuce. Dining areaa and lobby was dirty and staff was screwing around. Will never come to this fazolis again.
Hadn't dined in at Fazoli's in awhile. The meal prices are still reasonable with options for smaller meal portions both with the lunch special and kids menu. Our server, Tabitha, made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable lunch. The shredded cheese at the table was a nice touch.(Don't remember this from past visits) Fazoli's is definitely a more affordable family option if you are looking for a good meal at a good price.Kid-friendliness: Quite a few options for smaller meal portions...great for kids
