Filipino adobo, chicken or pork, is one of my favorite foods to cook and order out, so I was excited to see a Filipino place nearby after moving to Bellevue. However I found the chicken adobo here to be particularly bland. I feel it lacked seasoning, particularly the garlic, vinegar and peppercorns which gives adobo much of its distinct flavor. I also felt the chicken could've been marinaded longer, or the sauce be reduced further to concentrate the flavor.

Adobo aside, the interior of the restaurant was nice and clean, prices reasonable for the quantity, and the people working the counter were nice. The pancit and lumpia were high quality, as were the coffee drinks offered. The service was also fast.

I would order here again, probably just not the adobo unless the recipe changes.

Chicken Pancit portion was generous, but only a few small nuggets of chicken. $14 for such small amount of chicken was high. Taste was ok. Lumpia was inconsistent; bought a dozen. Smaller than I expected. Some were over-fried, others good. I really love a good pancit, but won't order this one again.

I'm very grateful they were able to custom make veggie egg rolls. Very satisfying & delicious; I look forward towards further vegetarian items being offered in the near future!

Definitely worth branching out of you've never tried Filipino food before! Seriously amazing! The crab rangoons were probably the best I've ever eaten, and I've had my fair share. The flavors are savory and not overpowering. Amazing blend of value and portions. I would absolutely recommend this for date night or just a quick lunch! Food came out fast and was HOT. Everything was extremely fresh. The rice noodles in the Pancit were soft and delicious and the Lumpia was so crispy and flavorful. 10 out of 10. On this visit they were out of the Lumpia cheesecake but that's ok, I will be back for that later!!

The servers were nice and it was a very quiet restaurant if you're looking for a quiet retreat for lunch. It is definitely not suited for a large group, the restaurant itself is on the smaller side and the biggest table seats four. The menu is outdated, several things were unavailable, and there were two or three things not on the menu that were available. The lumpia was pretty good, but the other available items were bland and not very filling (specifically the chicken adobo).

Food was good. Pancit tasted a little plain. Just need a little flavor. Great job!

This place stole our money and we have not received a refund. We placed an online pickup order on Sunday at 5pm and when we arrived to the restaurant, the door was locked and there were no employees or customers in sight.

Edit: despite the owner’s comment, we have still not received our refund after inquiring multiple times

Love this place. We have driven 13 miles to get here on more than one occasion now. The Fusion plate is amazing! Don’t forget extra Lumpia!

I’ve tried the lumpia, pancit, churro cheesecake dessert, guava-cheese dessert, and boba.

TLDR: yes to the first three (would rate those 5 stars), meh to guava-cheese, absolutely not for boba. Despite the couple misses, I’m still giving it 5 stars because what’s good is GREAT.

The first three are 5 stars. Delicious, have gotten on multiple occasions, will absolutely get them again.

The guava-cheese was… meh. The guava to cheese ratios were inconsistent, usually unbalanced one way or the other, and the cheese is more an additional texture rather than a savory component to cut through the sweetness of the guava. Would probably not get again, but could potentially be convinced.

The boba is awful. I didn’t finish it. I give it -5/5. I got strawberry boba (my go-to, especially for first impressions) and it was essentially strawberry milk with tapioca pearls (and I didn’t get the pearls because I prefer popping boba, so it was just strawberry milk. I’ve learned my lesson and will never stray from tsao chaa again!
