I've been a regular customer of Izmir Gyro House for almost six years. The owner, Emine, and her staff are always kind and gracious.
Most important, though, is that the food is fresh and delicious! I could fill up on just the rice, it is so flavorful and good, but then I'd miss out on all the other delicious Mediterranean treats!
Highly recommend this place to anyone craving something that isn't standard Midwestern fare.

Grabbed a chicken gyro here during a snowstorm; was worth the stop. The chicken gyro was good, no complaints. Fries were crispy, the sauce was solid, and the portions are great for the price.
Staff was cool too. It looks like there’s a drive-thru, but it’s boarded up for now.

Izmir Gyro House has the best Middle Eastern food in the Metro area. Everything is absolutely delicious; expertly prepared and consistently high quality. The baklava is to die for. If you haven't tried Izmir you absolutely must go. You will not be disappointed and, more than likely, will become an avid fan of this gem of a restaurant. The people are super nice too. Just go!

I swung into Izmir Gyros for lunch today and had to try the new rice bowl! It was so flipping delicious! Everything is just so fresh and YUMMY!!!! I got the mixed with the gyro and chicken, and I added grilled veggies! Im not gonna lie… I ate it all! 🤦🏼♀️. It was sooooo good!!
