Was definitely amazed by the service and the food. Best chinese restaraunt in the area. Does sweet and sour the way it should be done. None of the other chinese restaraunts compare to jade palace.

We have been eating at this place for 20+ yrs. The past few years I only did because my husband & don want it. Idk if it changed management or if it’s trying to cut costs. But the Mongolian beef use to be the best around… think tender & juicy. Basically, velvet delish. But now it’s stiff, hard & dry. Not to mention no fine noodles on the very bottom either. Im just disappointed & wish it was as good as it used to be to be. The Crab Rangoons on the other hand are still the best around!

Got there after time promised, went through drive thru for take out. Was told would take 2-3 more minutes and to pull around building but was at the end of 4 cars also waiting for their orders. It took another 10 minutes to finally get my order. When got it home, found sauces from meals had leaked into the sack holding them. Otherwise, food was very good.

Enjoyed another great meal at Jade Palace tonight. Great food. Great ambiance. Great service! Hunan chicken, garlic chicken, with noodles, kung pow chicken with rice. Great crab ragoons, egg rolls, soups. All so delicious! Will visit again very soon! Thx you
Recently enjoyed a very good meal here. Good portions, served hot and yummy! Prices are reasonable as well. The service was very attentive and helpful. The ambience is cozy and very clean. I like all the deco they have added and updated. Would recommend this restaurant always! Hunan chicken with noodle, Kung pow chicken with rice, crab Rangoon’s, egg-roll ,egg drop soup. Three meals.

I love their moo goo gai pan as well as spring rolls and their wonton soup. Let me tell you not all places make the same food taste the same way. I have to say this restaurants food is always excellent! Well worth the drive and money

Ordered chicken fried rice. Chicken was dried out and disgusting
Used to be my favorite restaurant. I got takeout during a hail storm. The employees were taking pictures of the storm which is fine, but then my back window broke from the hail and they started taking pictures of my vehicle. Really inappropriate and unprofessional. When I was given my food they gave it to my sideways so most of the sauce spilled out of the container all over the bag causing a huge mess.

Of all the Chinese restaurants in Bellevue, I like this restaurant's food the best. It's never that soggy soft mess I get with the other restaurants. The food seems to always come out just right. It tastes great as well.
