Almost 2 hours for delivery of 2.1 miles. Apparently my order was taken and not delivered by the original Door Dash “Dasher.”
Jade Palace took NO responsibility for the theft and non-delivery. Referred me to Door Dash for resolution. Automated chat finally referred to to a human chat whose only response was just wait on a NEW delivery. Finally arrived (COLD) and leaking. Dasher had no control and just left. No recompense, excuse or apology.
Would NOT accept delivery from Door Dash again, especially from the Jade Palace.

This food is not good. The sauces taste like they use a package gravy and I'm saying like plain beef gravy! Egg rolls were tiny, no filling barely. Paid 85 bucks for 3 entress, two apps and soup. I give them a chance every so often and I'm thinking no more.

One of my favorite Chinese places to eat at. Been coming here since college. Some of the best Sesame Chicken and crab rangoons. YUM!
Was definitely amazed by the service and the food. Best chinese restaraunt in the area. Does sweet and sour the way it should be done. None of the other chinese restaraunts compare to jade palace.
