I haven’t been to Jersey mikes sub for over a year. We really enjoyed the food. But this time it sucked. I heard they sold out to another company. There’s a difference between night and day they don’t seem to care. I don’t think we will be coming back.

Brown lettuce and paper thin sliced meat. Hasn't been the same since they sold to Blackrock. No more buy one get half off a second so $20 for a sandwich. Rather just go get a steak meal for 10 bucks more!

Ordered two sandwiches and paid. Got one and was told it would be a second on the other. Nbd. 15 minutes later, after everyone who ordered after me got their food, I asked about it. Girl pretended it had been cooking the entire time. I double checked if they skipped the onions like I asked. They didn't and then tried to blame me. They were trying to make me take a sandwich o couldn't eat.

This store is always clean and neat. Service is always awesome too. I have never had a problem.
This location should be ashamed of their staff, particularly the manager. In the 5 years I have lived in Bellevue, I’ve eaten here several times because I actually do like the food…when it’s made correctly. However, more times than not, my food is not made correctly. A little over a week ago, my husband ordered a giant Philly with no veggies and I ordered a regular chicken bacon ranch with mayo only. He was given and regular Philly and my sandwich was on the wrong bread with only meat and cheese, no mayo. The assistant manager was polite and did what she could to correct the situation. Yesterday my husband went there and ordered 2 giant phillys with no veggies. After waiting the person at the counter put a regular Philly on the counter and said something to him. He couldn’t hear them and so they raised their voice in a disrespectful tone and my husband said that was not what he ordered, so he waited more for his correct order. When he got home he found a few jalapeños on one sandwich. After hearing this I was fed up, so I called. I was told I was speaking to the regional manager. She was rude, argumentative, and had some of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. She refused to believe that there were a few jalapeños on one sandwich and told me there were not any veggies whatsoever on his sandwiches. She also advised me to not eat at her location anymore. Needless to say I will not give this location any more business.
