I came through the drive thru today expecting a good experience but as I am ordering I was being rushed through my order i said one thing and they immediately said okay that’ll be $9.99….like no sir if i was done ordering i would of said thats all. So I continued to order more because i have a van full of children I then ask if they can cut my turkey tom into 3 parts that took a bit to understand for them then i also ask for a total of 3 bbq chip bags when I get my order my turkey tom was not cut it was my Caesar wrap not the one for my children making my life even harder then they missed a bag of chips now we are having to share a bag between hungry kids. So thank you

Second time now they gave me a #12 completely wrong. There was not a single piece of meat. It was lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cheese. How do you mess up a sandwich like that???

It seems like I'm one of the few who doesn't care for this food. The bread always seems too hard for my tastes and I'm not fond of their chips either. Their sandwich fillings are ok and the staff is always nice. I do like the fact that they make unwiches for a low carb option but they're difficult to eat if you have to eat on the go.

Wheelchair accessibility: No easy entrance at the door although when the staff saw me park in the disability spot one did come open the door. I don't use a wheelchair just a cane, but it was a nice gesture.

I called Jimmy John's on Harvel and ordered 2 sandwiches. Apparently the driver could not find the house so they canceled my order. I called JJ to order my sandwich thinking they would also be delivering it as well. When Iasked for my refund i was told that they use Uber eats for delivery after a certain time and that i needed to receive my regund from uber eats. I did not order from Uber eats i ordered from JJ. If you want a sandwich delivered ensure who you know who will be delivering it.

I went into the dining room as opposed to using the drive-thru. I have food allergies and need to watch my food being prepared. The two young men working that evening were SWAMPED! However, the work ethic, friendliness, and professionalism they exuded, made me feel as if I were the only customer. After alerting them of my allergies, they both stopped, washed their hands, changed their gloves and cut me new food to avoid cross contamination. ALL WITHOUT BEING ASKED! I was blown away! The dining room and kitchen area were extremely clean, and I noticed that all of their food was dated to ensure no spoilage occurs. There are 2 locations here in Bellevue. I ALWAYS utilize this location and have NEVER been disappointed!

bread machine broken no tea available. store manager nowhere to be found however this cute young manager i think his name was Dalton was very helpful and made my visit superb. I still am disappointed some items were unavailable, but the employee deserves credit for his incredible efforts.

I've only been to one other Jimmy John's and had a good experience. This place was anything but.Stale bread, almost no meat. I asked for extra vinegar. Not a drop of vinegar on it. Stay away from this location.

I’ve ordered a #4 with cheese and all the freebies from this location three times, and every single time, despite them repeating my order back to me correctly (a #4 with cheese and all freebies) I’ve received my sandwich without said freebies. They’ve lost my business for good because of this. ☹️

Pretty disappointed. Put in the order online for “as soon as possible” and showed up 20 minutes later to an empty store with two employees working and they were very slowly working on assembling the sandwiches… The sandwiches themselves were fine, but the service was… pretty garbage. I waited for 10 minutes in the store after already giving them 20 minutes to make my sandwiches…
