I think this is the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I come here because it is close to my home and work. However, it is consistently a minimum of a 10-15 minute wait both in the store and in the drive thru even when the line isn’t very long. It is very disappointing to go somewhere with a slogan of “freaky fast” to then have to spend half my lunch break waiting to order and receive food.

Place is trash spend $77 to have an order delivered for them to forget half your stuff. Call and they tell you they can’t refund your stuff so you drive there to get it and the manager laughs when you ask for a delivery refund. Save your money go to Jersey mikes

I never give bad reviews, and I don’t consider myself a picky eater, but I draw the line at live bugs on my sandwich. They wouldn’t even give me a refund when I called to complain, only store credit because I didn’t have my receipt… they didn’t give me one. This location is run by teenagers on weekend evenings.

So this is the second time in a row they have messed up my order.. I used to work for jimmy johns 2 years ago. What happened to the sandwich test?? I ordered a number 13 and I get lettuce and tomato which doesnt come on that sandwich. I called and got it remade.. but the worker who answered didnt seem to care at all. Then when I got it remade. I got mustard all over the sandwich and on the bun and I ordered EZ mustard. And NO CHEESE. Also didn't number our sandwiches so couldnt tell which sandwich went where.. I don't know what has happened to managment there. But this is the worst jimmy johns I've ever been to. Sad, sorry excuse of workers there. I will be going to corporate. I'm very disappointed.

Sandwich was good, but looked inside and about a fourth of the shredded lettuce was half brown. Check the inside of your Sandwich before you leave, very disappointing. Real disappointed if them now.

If I could give this place a "0" star rating I would! I ordered a tuna sandwich and I got tablespoon on tuna, a couple of pieces of lettuce and few pieces of peppers on the sandwich! How do you provide that type of product to customers? That's poor customer service and poor product. I would not recommend this location to anyone! I will be reporting this to the corporate office.
