I don't even know where to start. The service, or severe lack thereof, the atrocious lack of food for the charged prices, or the food itself. The music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think and our conversation couldn't happen, not to mention the extreme and vulgar language that was being blasted over the sound system throughout the entire lack of meal. Our server took my partner's drink order and walked away without waiting for mine, and returned with theirs and ignored mine a second time. We ordered off the all you can eat meal, expecting to be well fed and very full when leaving. We ordered 3 appetizers, we got none. We ordered 6 rolls to start, we got 3. The three we got were practically inedible. One was so outrageously spicy my tongue is still burning as I write this an hour later. The other two were half rolls like 3-4 pieces instead of 6-8 like a standard roll. The rolls were warmer than room temperature when sushi should be chilled. My mai-tai tasted like a weak fruit punch and if there was alcohol in it, I'm a catholic nun. Speaking of alcohol, since when do servers not card anyone??? I thought that was a legal policy. The entire service staff spent more time having a social hour around the bar and kitchen area than actually doing anything of use. It took us more time to get checked out than it took for us to eat our three bites of food.
I have never been so utterly disappointed by a single meal at such an outrageous price tag. All you can eat, sure, if you can stomach the absolute garbage you are served, assuming you are served at all...
What an absolute pity.

My favorite place to go. Last time I went, the restuarant manager? gave me and my sister a christmas gift. It was Jasmine Tea.

The vibe amongst the staff was so weird that I thought we were going to be on an episode of bar rescue. I was worried that whatever sideways innerworkings of the staff was going to translate into the food being weird but the misgivings stopped there. The happy hour prices were unbelievable and the foods and rolls were fantastic. Minus the diet coke- flat as a pancake.

It was good but lunch was around $100 for my son and I. We did get a lot of food, but probably won't be back.

Had high hopes for this place but was sadly disappointed. The food quality was very poor. The salmon avocado roll was somewhat edible but tried the cheese cake and it didn’t not taste right at all. Our server was kind and did a good job checking in on us. But overall the food was poor and not worth the money we spent. And the wait time for our food was extremely slow.

I have been to Kaiyo sushi several times and have never disappoint. They have all you can eat menu or the option to order your meal. The sushi rolls have always been fresh and the sauces are so flavorful. Staff is very nice and helpful with any questions about the menu. We had a party of 6 guests to which I booked a reservation, based on personal preference, since we went during dinner hours. Will definitely go back to Kaiyo sushi in the future.

We came here Christmas Eve with our family and ordered all you can eat Sushi for 5. Let me tell you, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs but everything we had was outstanding from many selections on the menu. Edward, our server, was incredibly attentive and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and food and plan to make this a regular dining experience. Wonderful atmosphere, outstanding food and excellent service. Highly recommend checking out this little gem of a restaurant in Bellevue!
Truly a 5 star experience! We went as a family of 5 for Christmas Eve dinner. Edgar was our server, very kind and attentive. Shawn (co owner/manager) also came and chatted with us for awhile making us feel extremely welcome. The food was phenomenal!! What a fun way to try new types of sushi. We will be back!
