Bad chicken very small pieces was pretty old so I call up the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Bellevue to let them know how small their pieces were and maybe they should change their name to Kentucky Fried pigeon more suiting Becky the manager was very rude and hung up on me wow probably won't be going here again too bad you're so sad Kentucky Fried Chicken or should I say Kentucky Fried pigeon

Won’t honor the advertising on the walls when forced to order from kiosk. Decided for one night we would eat, $65 later…while waiting for the food we saw the military discount and asked if we could get that. We’re told
No because we’ve already paid. Got the discount for the 8pc after having to get mad about having to order from kiosk and not offered that. I tried ordering from an employee who just clocked in and we were prompted to order from the kiosk….

This must be hit and miss. Reading the ratings I had some pretty low expectations. I haven't been to a KFC in years but a friend really wanted some KFC and he was buying...so... To my surprise, it was actually a pretty great experience. Food was fresh and hot, extra crispy chicken was the best, service very fast, dining room clean and also friendly people. I'll be back again.

The manager is extremely rude not only with customers but with associates as well! I was just in and ask her to help me with my coupon and she said she was too busy and couldn’t help me. She only had one customer in the lobby and had a bad attitude with associate as well. Abuse of power that’s what we have now a days.

Food is great when you get what you order. Definitely check your drive through orders.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The food tasted old and greasy, with a strange flavor that made it hard to enjoy. The overall quality and presentation didn’t meet expectations, and it left a bad impression. Sadly, this wasn’t a good experience for us,
and we won’t be returning. :(

MILITARY DISCOUNT ISSUE. Review the multiple manager complaints for months, yet they are still there!? Was told rudely on several visits "this time but not next time" for a Military discount, as a caregiver picking up for an elderly disabled veteran! Rude disrespect response reasons "it has to be your ID and they have to be present, we've had issues.." The photo shows him as elderly. I'm not dragging an elderly disabled man in and out of a house, car, in the cold, etc for his 10-20% discount he's due. This is a military town. If a wife, child, significant other, caregiver, has a military ID, its usually a Father, husband, family member or caregiver. We have a high aging population in this area, retired and active military presence. What ridiculous issues? The location is near an Air Force base! That is a rude vibe and the chicken is becoming overcooked near burnt condition! We have been going less and less to this location because of this. On the rare occasion, if an elderly disabled veteran wants KFC for a meal, you get the elderly disabled veteran KFC for a meal! Don't be disrespectful about it. The cashier couldn't even apply the discount, she had to get the manager. I could tell she was trying to be kind but sensed what was coming too. This place, this strip of restaurants on this street is going downhill. Even the parking lot is messed up. I tried to contact corporate and even their website wouldn't go through well. Not an enjoyable experience no matter how many different sauces, sales, dishes they promote. If the manager isn't maintaining quality, good service, and overall atmosphere... they themselves are exhibiting an image on how they get treated. Avoiding this place until there is significant improvements. I don't want my elderly veteran father feeling the lingering vibe or getting ill unnecessarily.

Placed an online order for pickup. Upon arriving I was given my order only to get home and realize that part of my order was missing, and other parts had been substituted without my knowledge. I then returned to correct these issues where I was given the most bare bones correction for the mistake. The store was out of stock of what I had ordered and instead of just telling me when I arrived they assumed I’d be okay without it. Poor experience here today that could have been avoided very easily by alerting me to the lack of stock when I arrived to pick up.

Chicken seemed to have been very old. Ordered crispy, not the crispy expected. Fries were not edible, dried out. My cost was over $100. Outrageous for the non quality. I'm unable to understand why the owners still have the franchise.
