Erika the manager was awesome. Our organization "The Christian Action " ordered 50 pizza on March 1st, to go share with homeless people in downtown which we do once a month every month. We asked ERIKA if we could pick up at 1030, at first she said they don't open until 11 but she made sacrifice to come early get pizza ready at 1030. When I got there at 1030, everything was ready as promised. ERIKA was friendly and nice. We truly appreciate her kindness and for keeping her words.

Terrible never have pizzas ready even during dead time and expect you to wait 30 minutes to get a “hot and ready” pizza, honestly just close this restaurant and fire all the people that work there, they clearly do not want to have a job

The restaurant was EXTREMELY BUSY and VERY UNDER STAFFED. The two young men that were working were extremely polite, professional and were constantly communicating with the customers in regards to order status. These men were working in an extremely hot restaurant, with horrible air flow, and a good portion of the customers were rude and bullying the employees. I actually told a few customers to back off, that these guys were working hard and they probably would have a fit if THEIR kids had been treated like that. The reason for the lower rating is because it appeared the manager or assistant manager had pulled a disappearing act, and went to the bank right in the middle of the dinner rush. If I hadn't needed the pizzas for my daughter's party, I would have hung around to speak with him. I was in the store for 35 minutes. One of the employees told me that he'd already been gone for 30, and that was right when I arrived. All the banks around here close between 1700-1800. I got there at 1730. The manager needs to have someone from district or corporate to talk to him about time management. (Also for taking side trips to run personal errands, though I have no proof, just speculation!)

I ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza. I received the saddest excuse of a pizza I’ve ever seen. It resembles regular crust. What’s the point of paying the up charge for Detroit deep dish crust if i’m not going to receive it. This 25th location just avoid it, make the extra 5-10 minute drive to any other location.

Normally, Little Caesars is known for being good, fresh, and fast, but tonight was none of those things. What a disaster.

First off, the app was a nightmare. It took forever to load and then wouldn’t even let me get past the step where I choose my nearest location. As a result, I couldn't order what I wanted ahead of time. Instead, I had to drive there just to see what was available, and I didn’t have time to wait for a fresh order to be made.

Once I arrived, the disappointment continued. No pepperoni pizzas were ready—how does a pizza place run out of *pepperoni*, the staple of pizzas? My only options were a Supreme, which I knew my two young daughters wouldn’t touch, or a cheese pizza. I reluctantly went with the cheese, and I regret that choice even more.

The cheese pizza was completely burnt on top. Yes, I should have checked before leaving, but that’s no excuse for serving such a poorly cooked pizza. The crust was rock-hard, clearly from sitting under a warming light for far too long. It was obvious no one cared to maintain the quality of the product.

But by far, the most disappointing aspect was the app. The multiple errors and the slow, unresponsive interface made the entire experience frustrating from start to finish. Little Caesars, you’ve got to do better. This experience was truly unacceptable.

The hot and ready pizzas are hit or miss. Either it's slow and the pizza has dried out, or they are busy and hot and ready means 30 minutes wait.

Depending on who is making the pizza you either get almost no sauce or a ton of sauce. Rarely is it the medium of enough sauce to be moist, but not enough to avoid dropping toppings and sauce everywhere.

Your best bet is to place an order for anything but hot and ready. It's made fresh, but it means you have to wait. Just be sure to check your pizza before you leave to make sure it's correct. Nothing more frustrating than getting home and having to drive back because the only pizza in your order is made wrong.

That said, it's pretty cheap, I still love the pizza. Just wish this location was able to hire more people for the rush hours and made sure orders were correct.

Parking: Dinner time parking can be a small pain, the parking lot is small and shared with other businesses. Also the amount of people who can't properly park leads to spots being unable to be used.

Ran by the biggest amalgamation of incompetent "workers" I've ever seen. Usually only one guy cooking, and everyone else is doing jack, when there's several customers waiting around for their order. Today the lady working the register wants to talk to her friend instead of handing me my order, that is READY AND RIGHT BEHIND HER. If you wanna talk to a friend, idc, but at least wait until the line disappears. What a joke

Overall not bad. We’ve lived in the neighborhood for a while and enjoyed their pizza fairly regularly. Custom orders have been consistently awesome. Hit or miss on the hot and ready. Usually fine. Once in a while we have gotten the aged, slightly over-roasted pizza jerky. More good than bad experiences. If you get the pizza jerky they’d probably make it right if you brought it to their attention. I’m just too lazy to go back. Overall, I would recommend for a quick and simple pizza night.
