The restaurant was EXTREMELY BUSY and VERY UNDER STAFFED. The two young men that were working were extremely polite, professional and were constantly communicating with the customers in regards to order status. These men were working in an extremely hot restaurant, with horrible air flow, and a good portion of the customers were rude and bullying the employees. The hot and ready pizzas are hit or miss. Either it's slow and the pizza has dried out, or they are busy and hot and ready means 30 minutes wait.

Depending on who is making the pizza you either get almost no sauce or a ton of sauce. Rarely is it the medium of enough sauce to be moist, but not enough to avoid dropping toppings and sauce everywhere.

Your best bet is to place an order for anything but hot and ready. It's made fresh,...
