Went threw Drive Thru waited 15 minutes get to the window my total was $5.98 I hand the young lady 2-$5 bills which one was tore on the edge but attached it's STILL Legal US Currency she told me she couldn't take the money and denied me service.Since when did companies who are there to make money start turning down Cash it's beyond stupid to me.

I’ve never had long John silver’s and I almost let my curiosity get the best of me. I Didn’t get past ordering the food. The guy at the drive through audibly sighed through the speaker when attempting to order.

It shouldn’t be difficult to take an order at a place that probably sees a customer once every three days. But the guy still had a problem with it I guess. Good luck if you try to go here , you’re gonna need it !

Pulled up to drive thru around 6:30 pm and it took 3 "hellos" over apprx 3-4 mins to get someone to respond & take my order. And Mr. Sparkle he wasnt. As soon as I ordered my ONE MEAL, he SIGHED super loudly and asked me a few questions in a tone reminiscent of a 13 year old teen. I honestly debated leaving, but i pulled around - and no one was there. Apprx 5 mins later, a guy comes out, washes his hands (kudos!), & just says the total. I asked for a particular discount & he just turns away and runs my card. When he gave me the receipt, I asked again about the discount (nicely) & he responded "I already gave it to you" and left. He did ask me if I wanted sauces and also thanked me as he handed me my meal..... but I didn't tip.

I would give this location in Bellevue a negative star review if it was an option. We called 8x before they finally answered the phone. We just called to ask if the lobby was opened.

We when into the lobby where no one was around. Finally got someone's attention to be able to place and order. We got our food, but they forgot to give the cup so we had to go back up to the counter to ask for the cup. After we got the cup, we went over to grab napkins and a fork. Of course because no one seemed like they wanted to work, No FORKS. So we had to go back to the counter and again try to get someones attention to ask for a fork. Someone finally came to the counter to attempt to help with an attitude. They had enough nerve to make the comment "If your just going to come here and be rude, you can leave'...this was uncalled for from the staff when you have to get there attention to ask for a fork. It went down hill from there with the rudeness from the staff, some of them just leaning against the counter in the back playing on their phone. We ended up just getting our money back and left the store.

We will never go back to this location.

#1..no crunchies! #2..the few tiny specks of crunchies were burnt black n stuck all over my fish!!! Had to brush off the black before I could eat it, and by then my fingers were full of grease!! Should have taken it back but was already late pickn up my pup from groomer..very disappointed n won't go back to Bellevue again. Oh ya,,also, had to sit there for 29minutes waiting for food,,AT NOON!!! I timed it!!!!

On 8-27-2024 at 1130 am, I attempted to eat lunch at this Long John Silver's. The "Open" light was on and posted hours said that the location opens at 11 am, but all doors were locked and no one was responding through the drive through. I pulled to the window, asked if the restaurant was open, and the individual inside informed me that they were closed and that the fryers were warming up. I advised that the open sign was flashing and was met with indifference and told that it comes on automatically. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this entire visit/interaction was unacceptable and a disappointingwaste of time that I won't be repeating. At the very least a sign could have been posted indicating that the restaurant was not open.

I don't especially care for the waffle fries, I preferred their original fries. But, everything else was good. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Gotta love some LJS!!

During lent, I came to Long John Silver's every Friday and there was always a wait which I did not mind because I figured it's Friday and that is a busy season for them. Today however was completely unacceptable. I pulled up to the speaker to order my food, all I ordered was one piece of fish and one piece of chicken at the window. The lady answered the speaker and asked me to hold on a few minutes. I sat there for 12 minutes before she finally took my order. I thought great this will be quick since they made me wait so long just to even order. I was wrong. I ordered one piece of fish and one piece of chicken. I proceeded to the window and paid $5.76. Then she asked me to sit behind a vehicle that was parked in front of me waiting for their food. I got to the window at 6:15 PM and I got my food at 6:22 PM. It took almost a half an hour From the time I pulled up to the speaker until the time I received my food, and there was only one car in front of me, for one piece of fish and one piece of chicken and it is not even lent. This is unacceptable. The fish was so dark and burnt I could not even eat it. I did not go back in because it would not have been a positive experience. I'm all for problem-solving but this is gonna take a lot more than that.
