There's 2 people working currently, the drive through isn't open, out of corn and out of coleslaw. No problem. Upon entry I see a kid sleeping in one of the bench tables. The lady that took my order wasn't very personable, after I gave my order I could hear the lady and the cook arguing about home life. Not very professional in my humble opinion. A guest doesn't want to hear that while dining or waiting for their order.

$17 for a #12 and a drink. A sale is made when value exceeds price. That is no longer the case here.

The food was hot. I don't care for a lot of breading on my food. I told them to keep the little hush puppies because I don't like them. They don't need to add the little pieces of extra dropping. Don't know what they are and don't like them either. The food has changed in the last 10 years.

Food is as good as it gets at LJS. Go through the drive through though don't eat inside. Place is filthy from the dining area to the bathrooms. Service is slow.

I went through the drive-thru and had to pull up because my food wasn't ready yet. When they brought it out they were so apologetic about the wait. Apparently they were short staffed, but they were doing an outstanding job and the food was excellent!

Was asked to wait to place my order. Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken. That should have been my sign to just drive off, but it wasn't. I ordered, paid and was told to pull ahead, behind the 2 cars in front of me. Waited 15 minutes for the first car to get their food. Waited another 12 minutes for the second car to get their food. Politely rolled down my window before the cashier went back inside and asked how much longer it would be as I ordered our food 30 minutes ago and have already been here for nearly 45 minutes. Was told they had no idea and were backed up on carry out orders. Quite literally there was three people in the lobby during the 45 minutes I'd waited. Proceeded to wait another 22 minutes for my food to come out. Over an hour for 2 meals, a sea share and 2 sides. I'm sorry but your customers in drive thru and dine in should take precedence over carry out orders. I expressed how disappointed I was in the service and was basically shrugged off, offered an "I get it ma'am" and expected to head out so they could give the order behind me their food. After the hour wait even if the food was 5-stars it would be subpar because it just wasn't worth the wait or poor customer service. Had I not paid I would not have waited.

Went through drive thru when they didn't appear busy, but was asked to wait a few minutes before they took order. After over five minutes without hearing back from them had to drive off and find a place next door that would take my order. Saw a car pull up behind me and they were still waiting at the menu after I got food nearby. Shame because I heard good things about their salmon tacos. So I gave stars for the food because even if I couldn't get service I'm sure it's alright based on word of mouth. Is there a secret code word to unlock drive thru service? If I wasn't in a boot cast I'd have tried going in at least.

Suppose to open at 11. Called a few times to find out if they were opening & they dont answer the phone. At 10 after we gave up & we're leaving and they came and unlocked the doors. Should open when you are suppose to open.

This particular LJS was the best of the Sarpy & Douglas County areas. Food was cooked after we ordered and not precooked sitting under a heat lamp like others. All the food was great just as it was back in the 80’s when LJS was one of my favorite fast food styles. The server was pleasant, brought the food to us. The entire restaurant was extra clean. We weren’t going to eat at LJS again until we decided to try this one in Bellevue. Great job!

I should've read more reviews! Guy working the drive-thru was great. The food was not. At all. Literally, my dog wouldn't eat it when I offered him some chicken. I got fish as well. It all tasted like old, burnt cooking oil. Bad enough I'm not going to try again.

Ordered a family feast with rice and fries for the sides. First off, the rice was a joke. It was cold, not luke-warm but cold and it had zero flavor whatsoever. The grilled shrimp looked seasoned but was plain as well. No flavor but it left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. Finally, I only got 5 tarter sauces with a ton of fish and shrimp so when I asked for a few more the employee commented "Wow, really?" As if I was asking for too much with a whole family meal. I haven't come to this location for over 3 years but after yesterday, I won't be returning ever again.

We went to this place at 11:03 this morning (says they open at 11:00). The doors were locked, I didn’t see anyone inside but the lights were on. Knocked on the doors. Called to see if they were open or not & got voicemail so left a message Hey we’re here to eat but the doors are locked, if you’re open can you come unlock the doors. Nobody came. There was a guy driving around the building waiting for the drive thru to open. Evidently nobody wanted to work today.
