Seriously where do I begin on how much of a terrible job this place does originally I used to order for delivery but literally 98% of the time would have completed screwed up my order and just when I say something about shrug their shoulder like they didn't know what to do. So I started picking up my orders and tonight I go get the magnifico ultimate pepperoni and if you see it like it's name has all this pepperoni I get the order come home cuz literally only pepperoni and the son of the pizza it's burnt it's cold and literally so much grease it went through the pizza box

i went to pick up a pizza and the worker was adamant that they didn’t have it and was telling me that they don’t have the order with an attitude. i looked to see if maybe i placed it in the wrong location and i didn’t. i came back to ask them again until they called my order that was sitting in the shelf the whole time. it didn’t hurt to check instead of saying they didn’t have it. they just wasted my time

I stopped in to grab a pizza right when they opened today and despite only seeing 2 young workers, they were so friendly and fast. Plus my food was amazing. I wish I would have asked their names because before going there again I'd call ahead to see if they were working. Seriously the food was amazing. Good job Marcos.

Emilia an the rest of the crew was amazing, I ordered a on-line order an I had to go to Walmart. I was in Walmart longer than expected an when I got to Marcos they said they didn't feel comfortable giving me old food an they remade it. I said it was fine but she insisted. Thank you very much I'll definitely be back.

Great service!!! First time ordering. They accidentally gave salad to another customer so went back and remade entire order, to make sure it was fresh and hot!!!! Thank you Marco's You're driver was awesome!!! Greatand I will be ordering from there in the future!!!!

A trans person called me dude. Was very rude when I stated, "thank you sir." How was I to know he was a woman. He had a beard. I didn't see the dress from my side of the counter. I was called a trump chump. I will not be going back.

I usually like eating at Marco’s. But today, When I walked into Marcos, I was given a judgmental look by a woman with short brown hair and her look made me feel uncomfortable and I wasn’t greeted when I came in. 2 minutes later my mom comes in and the lady greeted my mother, smiled at her and offer to help with anything. This made me feel disrespected because I’m African American however my mother is Caucasian. And if it made me feel discriminated against by just walking into Marcos. I never experienced this and I will be staying away from this location.
I've been all around pleased with this place their app is a little troublesome here at times it likes to reset even if you just hit the cancel button it starts you all over. Otherwise everything seems very efficient I've always had my pizza delivered or picked up on time ingredients are good. My only recommendation would be the app it gets a little tedious or frustrating here and there but other than that this place is 5 out of 5 stars
I really hate making this cause I love Marco’s. But, walking in wasn’t really a welcoming feeling and just didn’t seem prepared. Menus on the screens weren’t on (not a big deal) but when I asked for a menu I got a look I didn’t care for. Waiting for my food there was an employee getting the food ready to go out and I see her eating a pizza licking her fingers and then got my food from the oven and wrapped it… not sanitary whatsoever. I’m not a very confrontational persons so I just grabbed the food and left and had to toss it. After seeing that and her touching my food, it made me sick. Please do better cause I want to come back. But not like that.

Marco’s has always been a good place to get pizza. Always delivered hot pizza and courteous drivers. However this time it took 40 minutes to get here and when it did arrive it was not in a bag and it was barely even warm. I called and expressed my feelings about this and all I got was an “I am sorry.”Next time I’ll think twice about ordering from Marco’s if that’s the level of service they have dropped down to.
