Ordered a large specialty pizza. The pizza came quickly, but unfortunately it was not done. Had to put in the oven to finish cooking it. So my total order for the pizza and brownie and tip was well over $30. You can buy frozen pizza from Walmart that taste better than carboard. I will not be ordering from her again. Don't waist your hard earned money.

No matter what you do the food will ALWAYS be late. Placed an order for pizzas for my son's birthday party at noon for pickup at 3:55. I get there at 4:05 and they haven't even put it in the oven yet. Completely unacceptable.

Never had an issue with Marcos. I love this pizza! My experience today made sure I never use the Bellevue location again. The person answering the phone was so rude when I was telling him my pizza was an hour and a half late and it looked awful. He told me I should have just picked it up and it would have been fresh then said if I didn’t stop talking he would hang up on me. After he did hang up on me I called back and he said I cancelled your order what else do you want? I could not believe how rude and unprofessional this employee was. Can’t believe management allows this behavior.

They have really good pizza when it's made correctly and fresh.This has been the third time and the worst time Marco's dropped the ball.Dryest pizza ever and they must have made it and let it sit for an hour.Definitely will have to check my food before leaving their store, as this standard has become their norm.

Website suggested that my order would take 15 minutes. I drove in and had to wait for an additional 40 minutes after that. The food is good, but it's frustrating that the estime was a complete lie.

When I ordered my pizza it was a little confusing I thought I had two pies on there it was BOGO Tuesday and they rushed to get me out my extra Pizza and it was made for perfection! Fantastic pizza! We tried this place on a whim because it had free delivery and we loved it! I got the Hot Honey Magnifico ? it was fantastic and the pepperoni really worked with the Mike's hot honey (delicious leftover for breakfast the next day).We also tried the All Meat pizza - Pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, bacon, original sauce and three fresh signature cheeses. We absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be getting Marco's the next time we are craving pizza ? ?

We had the pizza for delivery. On the first attempt to deliver our order, they forgot our breadsticks and salad. So we called, and they said they would send the driver back out with the rest of the food. When the driver got here, he only delivered the salad. I get we all make mistakes, but you would think you would double-check on the 2nd attempt, and they didn't. We called back, and the manager refunded our money for the breadsticks. The manager seemed like he didn't care as well. All he said was sorry. Honestly, the food wasn't that good either for the price. Probably won't be back; better options for food for the money in Bellevue.
