How is it that every time I come here somehow I have a worse experience? I sat here for 30 minutes waiting on two fries and eventually had to go through the drive thru because y’all couldn’t give a damn about your curbside pickup customers. You just close orders without bringing the actual food out and then just leave them out there waiting. Figure out how to serve all your customers or just remove curbside at this rate. 2/10 only because the drive thru guy was super nice.

Did mobile order and when I went to pickup the order they took my order number and I was told to pull forward. At second window they had no idea what my order was. I was told to pull into a parking spot. After that they brought me the wrong order. Second time they brought me the food but no drinks. She then asked me what drinks were. Then she brings out one mcflurry with hair on it. Then she goes in again to get the other drinks. Go to another McDonald's!

The food comes out fine, but the service is lacking. Employees are always on their phones. It takes a long time to get a response in the drive thru. If you want to use this location, give yourself extra time and double check your order. I often receive partial orders. I’m writing this review today because after 5 years, not much has changed. I expect better service for the prices. I have no problem with $15 an hour but the service should reflect the costs - sadly, it doesn’t.

This location gave me the worst experience ive ever had with Mcdonald's.. they dont know what a side of mac sauce means.. and took for ever because of confusion. They gave me bbq sauce instead of ranch. (Who makes that mistake? Seriously??) My quarter pounder is so sloppy, onions everywhere and pickles stacked on top of each other in the middle.. half my slice of cheese isnt on the burger. And my burger was dry.. we ordered 3 large fries and were all half filled. Our fries were cold (I asked for no salt, so they would be fresh.) This was my first and last time trying this location.. very frustrating.

I've given this location too many chances. During this visit they forgot an item (for second time in a row), our soda was not carbonated and powerade was practically water. Their service is generally poor and the food is either cold, sloppily thrown together, missing or all the above. F Tier 👎
Absolutely disgusting!!! Went inside for a daddy daughter dinner and was disgusted. We ate there for 45 minutes and will not go back here. The unsanitary conditions of the place and employee made it a final for me. The drink machine gave me warm drinks, the counters were covered in spilled drinks and condiments. The tables were all dirty and I needed to ask someone to come clean one so we could sit down. The ketchup dispenser had ketchup cake on it and was turning a brown color from it drying. After I ordered it told me to take a seat and my food would be delivered to my table. The employee got mad at me and dropped my food on the table and said "we're not your servers" in front of my daughter. I asked for my drinks and the employee said "you get them yourself at the front" which I replied well there was no one there to get my drink. She walked away and ignored me. No one cleaned any mess 45 minutes we were there.

Cant give less then 1 star which really sucks. We ordered from the kiosk and no receipt. When we told them there was no receipt, we were told to know what we ordered and to look in bags. The little girl tending to orders was beyond extremely rude and acted as though she was doing us a favor by being there. Absolutely no respect at all. I get it , it's a truck stop but still have pride in you work or don't work there. I WILL NEVER AGAIN go to that location again. I don't care if I'm starving. Place was filthy, surprised it would pass a health inspection. The gas station was cleaner. When we got or food it seemed as though it was just thrown together and put together. Extremely messy. Never had this problem at any other McDonald's. I hope they can get it together and show more respect for their own good.

Usually pretty good, but tonight took a very long time to get our order in drive thru. Also they forgot our sauces for our nuggets. No lights turned on in a dark parking light, not even the main sign. Need to get their act together.
