Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location for a mobile order. Ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers plain for my travel companion. Got 2 double cheeseburgers loaded with onions. They offered for me to come back but i am not waiting in a wrap around the building line for their screw up.

Ordered the $5 meal deal and an apple pie, everything was cold. Didn't finish half of the food it was stale and all cold. Won't be coming back. 🤮

Food had 2 different peoples hair in it and the nuggets were very uncooked and gooey. I went back in to get a refund, lady at the counter asked for the food back but I provided a video of a red hair that came from the fries. (Lady I was talking to had red hair. I have blonde hair and my gf has black hair) seemed like she didn’t believe me and didn’t even give me a full refund, place has been ran horribly for months and if you want to eat at a good McDonald’s, go to the one on 84th and 370

Everyone, including the manager who goes by Nancy, were incredibly rude. The manager barely looked at me when I talked to her and just walked off when I inquired about my order. I’ve never been treated as such at a fast food establishment. Will definitely not be coming back.

I got parked in drive thru for 1 cheeseburger, no lie, i cant make this up 🤣 multiple cars parked, gotta get those fast times 🤫 15 mins for 1 chz burger and i had to come in and then left without order while employess stood in back complaining about wanting to go home with a counter and parking lot full of impatient hungry customers who werent happy 👎 AVOID
This morning I went through the drive-through window and politely asked if they could validate a coupon I had received from a other store (Since they gave it to me expired also Leonard Management) The cashier very politely said she She should be able to take it, but she would still go ahead and ask she came back shortly saying she could take it and proceeded to take my order, as she was finishing up with my order. I was just waiting for my receipt when a manager came rushing from the back yelling at her employee. And to tell me that she cannot take the coupon because it was expired wouldn’t even allow me to explain She did not give me any other option She stared at me like I was stupid and then asked me what else I wanted. I was still waiting for my receipt for a second order I had made She closed the window on we without letting me say much than opened the window to ask me what I was waiting for. I explained I had ordered a frappe and was waiting for my receipt ( didn’t even give me the receipt and told me to pull forward because I was holding up the line) I have never felt more disrespected over something thats not that big she had no reason to give me such horrible attitude and absolutely not an excuse to yell at the girl taking my order ( I was not able to get the managers name as she slammed the window closed while I was speaking) This manager was a lady the looked in her 40’s- 50’s lots of tattoos, piercings and black hair tan skin I am very disappointed in this location this is the second time a manager has greeted me rude over a simple question I understand this is a fast food restaurant and are usually very busy but there should never be an excuse to treat a costumer this badly and provide this service

Got 2 meals and 4 kids meals. No ice in drinks. Our medium fries might as well been smalls and were cold. They were half filled. Food was sloppily put together, 2 pickles stacked up on my double quarter hanging off side. All my kids food looked OLD. Burger patties looked to be at least a few hours old. My daughter's mcchicken was so old the patty was rubbery and it was basically breading, no white meat. They put extra dip cups I guess was an extra. If that even counts. This is why you always check your food before. You leave. We were just so hungry and ready to be home. From all the other reviews I have seen. Clearly this is an ongoing issue. Clearly management is trash. How is this place open?! Read the reviews. This place is terrible! I will tell everyone I meet to avoid this specific location. You all should be ashamed. Especially the district manager. Clearly your not doing your job. Me and everyone I meet will NEVER be back here.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. 3 out of 3 visits resulted in mistakes and lack of product. McDouble special order resulted in being parked, then came out as a regular double cheese. Next trip was a quarter pounder and McDouble…got parked for something they should have definitely had ready. After all it’s a burger joint right? Next trip, strawberry shake no whipped cream. Served with whipped cream even though the receipt and their screen said no whipped cream. Employees here just don’t take any pride in their job and don’t really care about the customers, their feelings or providing and decent service.
