Frankly i am disappointed. I came here after a long day of waiting for a glorius shammy shake. Once i walk in the doors i feel a disruption in the aura, as i go into the order kiosk i click sweet treats and come to find "out of order" ts is disgraceful and despicable. Im done here.

Ordered a mocha frappe on their app at 9:48am. It’s now 10:14 and they still haven’t set it out yet, and the drive through isn’t even busy. How slow and brain dead do you have to be to not be able to make some coffee in a blender in under 5 minutes? I get it’s a dead end job with nothing going for it but jeez make some kind of effort

I ordered breakfast on new years day thru the app prior to 1020am. I got the alert that the order was ready for pick up. I got to the drive thru and waited in line at 1036. I reached the intercom at 1038 and was informed that my order was cancelled because breakfast is only served til 1030. I am still waiting for the refund as this order was charged thru the app and I received nothing since the order was cancelled.

Every mcdonalds is exactly the same. Bunch of incompetent employees that sniff glue all day and don't have the collective intelligence to screw in a light bulb, let alone put a few pieces of food in a bag. So every time I make the poor decision to give them my money, I pay for food and then don't receive it. That probably sounds like an exaggeration, but let me say it again. Every. Single. Time. I go here, they charge me for food, and then don't give it to me. I'm not a Karen and I've never been difficult with the employees or anything like that, but I can only assume every single employee is sharing one brain cell, because seriously. How are you that bad at your job? Bet it doesn't stop them from crying about how hard their job is or how they don't get paid enough though!
