Used to be good but a hot mess express lately. Ordered 4 filet of fish, 10 piece nugget, large and medium fry. I was given 3 fish and a large fry (that was half full) and asked to pull around.went in to address the half full large fry and they gave me a small. When I got the rest of my order they sent out 2 more fish sandwiches, which were hot, but the nuggets were mixed old and fresh and the fries were not fresh. I ended up with 5 filet of fish, 10 nuggets, a large, medium, and small fry, and most of it was thrown away because it was cold and/or just plain bad.manager on duty was pretty rude too.

This location never gets the order correct. Absolutely the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever been to. Do not patronage this location unless you like wasting money and time.

I just went through the drive thru. Not sure what’s up with all the McDonalds here having terrible customer service but I haven’t gotten good customer service at any McDonalds here. The girl that was at the drive thru tonight didn’t even say a word to me. Clearly she needs more training on customer service because not a single word is crazy. Put her on the fryers or something.

My friend and I have gotten food from here and it's always missing something we called last night and kept getting hung up on and when they finally answerd they wouldn't let us explain and hung up on us

Never have myself and my children been treated so poorly!! Today my 20 year old daughter went to get a family of 4 some breakfast through the drive thru and was treated so bad she didn’t even end up ordering herself food. I myself have eaten in side and was treated so poorly because they gave us the wrong food. We are now to the point we will drive farther away to go to a different McDonald’s

If this McDonald messes up your order, they are never apologetic. I ordered a breakfast meal and was missing my hashbrowns, but I didn’t realize it until I got home and so I drove back to get my hash brown and they were very rude about it even with the receipt.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a double quarter pounder with just ketchup & mustard. When I bit into the burger I noticed paper. They left paper on my burger!!!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting.
