I’ve been going to this panera for a while and i always get the same thing, mac and cheese. Today when i ordered it was extremely chunky and the noodles were completely falling apart, it was nasty. It was like mac and cheese had been left out for hours, put back in a bag later, and then reheated terribly. I asked for it to be remade and when the new one came out, it was exactly the same. I just left at that point. I’m extremely disappointed because the manager saw what it looked like and knew something was wrong, but then gave me the same exact thing again.

The past 4 times that we’ve gone to this location - they do not have baguettes. Not a huge issue, but when we ask for a different side.. we don’t get it inside of our bag. Today we asked for sourdough bread and was told that they had that. But once again- they don’t include it in our bag. Never going to this location again.

Ordered 4 chocolate chunk cookies to go. What a disappointment! The cookies were super hard and after taking one bite, they were thrown away. Service and atmosphere were average.

The food is fantastic, however the fact Panera has the audacity to ask its customers for a tip is ridiculous and ruins the expreince for me.
I was a server and a bartender for over 10 years before I got into my career. Panera isn't a service restaurant, I order at a kiosk and pick up from a window. I will not be tipping. Instead.. raise your price by a dollar and pay your people more.

I stopped getting anything from this store a year ago, because my order was always messed up. I was in the area and decided to give it a try again...big mistake!! I had a taste for the chicken and wild rice soup, its what I ordered, what I received was potato soup.

Check your bag if you order here. I was missing one of two sandwiches. I told them, they took the bag back, and then called my name 3 minutes later. Second sandwich still missing. Had to tell them again.
While I was sitting there two other customers also had items missing.
Got home and opened my half caprese, it was smaller than the piece of French bread you get and only had a slice of cheese on it.

Where is the staff? There were three of you when I pulled up to the window and all of you ran off just cause you didn’t want to be the one to help the customer at the window… Your food quality is underwhelming and your service is also underwhelming. I’m not sure if it’s the quality of individuals who work at the store or if it’s the atmosphere that Panera wants to portray… By the way, three of the items I asked about, were not even in stock… All of them menu items. Talk about letdown, badly done.
First customer service ever I placed an order I wanted to change the order for 2 1/2 hours later they told me I would have to cancel it online again would not guarantee that money would be refunded to my card terrible attitude, terrible manager do not go to this Panera

Super bummed of the lack of effort at this location. I had 2 sick kiddos at home and wanted a half dozen of bagels, cream cheese, some broccoli cheddar soup along with some half sandwiches. Our sandwiches weren’t marked (we don’t eat out often), we received a bag of chips, but no sandwich to go with it (separate order), received wrong flavors of bagels when only 2 flavors were chosen and 3/4 of the paid cream cheeses which are very small for the walnut flavor. Just very disappointing for the amount of money this place charges.

Servers were pre occupied with their phones. Bakers and Food preps were sloppy, and poorly informed on their bread levels. We went there for Soup with bread bowls. They had no bread bowls..( we just ran out) and none of the patrons had bread bowls. Over heard one couple being upset with the lack of bread. Front server was inexperienced in customer service. Managers were preoccupied with flirting with staff. My wife and I waited up front waiting 10 minutes for someone to ring in our order and one baker who was as it seemed to be the only one working as she was the only one who knew what she was doing. She tried getting someone to help us four times. As it seems. This location apparently needs Adult suppervision The Creamy Tomato soup was horrendous.
