Penn Station East Coast Subs

Wanted to try something new. My girlfriend went in at 8 pm. They close at 9. They wouldn't make fry's or soup. They said they had no chips. Our sandwich orders were both wrong. Won't be back again.

Ordered through door dash thirty mins before closing. Guess that wasn't enough time to make a sandwich. Door dash couldn't complete order. Never again. Absolute disappointment.

Food was good, did take out and wasn't sure about this. It's new to me and I was impressed.

Everything about this place is great. Only reason not 5 stars on food is fries are excellent just too much salt on them. They will be here for a long time. Friendly staff, great food and very reasonable... get the create your own dagwoog. Yum yum

The food is very good the Reuben sandwich I ordered was great but the fries I ordered were a but too salty. I thought the price was a bit high but I still enjoyed it overall. I would definitely go back.

THE BEST PENN STATION EVER!

I have been to Penn Station in Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina, Kansas and I have eaten the same sandwich every time

I get the medium Philly sandwich and medium fries and a coke. ??

This was the first time EVER that my meat on the sandwich was actually end to end on the bread. They always ask small, medium or large sandwich and until this visit I reluctantly get a bigger sandwich because it has ALWAYS been just the same amount of meat just larger bread. I have even asked in the past do i get more meat on the larger bread. “Yes, it’s by weight”

Well Friday was the first time i got more meat!! It actually filled up the bread and was plenty to eat! I wasn’t wishing for more meat. It was perfect! ??
I didn’t even ask. It was the normal way they make it
The fries nice and hot and usually and that is not an issue. They are good ??

Thanks for giving me what I paid for. FINALLY!

Philly steak with everything ! but the pizza sauce (gross)

I will visit more often when I’m in the area and it confirms my issue with ALL the other locations.

I worked here for about 2-3 months, pretty alright experience I'd give it a 5/10 Hired way too many people in the beginning though. It was a cluster no one was ever in the front of the house besides me and 2 other people And too much co worker drama/talking in the back. Sandwiches are a 7/10, service usually a 6/10, cleanliness 7/10.

Diced grilled chicken covered in tomato sauce is not chicken parmesan. Chicken Parmesan has breading. Please label your menu properly. The sub was sad and disappointing.

Tried the large CheeseSteak, the bread was mushy and undercooked, the meat was dry and what little toppings that were on the sandwich were tasteless. I think I counted 3 pieces of mushroom and 2 pieces of banna pepper. I believe the worst cheesecake I have ever had. The fries were over cooked and less than an inch long, For a medium order of fries the may have filled up a one cup measuring cup. The employees took my order and got it out to me but they all went to the back room and didn't see them again while I was there. I had been looking forward to trying this place out but in the end, So disappointed.

These were the worst subs I've ever had. I got the chicken teriyaki sub and there was about 6 pieces of chicken, a slice of melted cheese and a whole lot of bread! No taste of teriyaki or anything what so ever. The service was just as bad. The best part of this meal was my soda. Do not recommend. There are many other sub places that are bette than this one

We were greeted by Emmy and she took our order right away. We both had the Classic Italian with fries. Food came out very quickly and the sandwiches were big and delicious. The military discount was a bonus.

Very welcoming staff who greeted me right away. Food was good, but wish there was more meat when getting extra meat. I’ll still go back and try another sandwich soon.
