Sometimes the food is great, but too often you get bad fries (either old or undercooked) and stale tortillas. It's not fast and it's not cheap, so would be nice if they at least had consistently good quality.

They are always friendly, greet you as soon as they see you, service is fast and food is always cooked well and tastes delicious! I don’t even go to your competitor that has the same similar food anymore (name begins with a C). I only go to PepperJax Grill now.

Stopped in with my family for dinner this evening.. normally pepperjax is my favorite place to eat but I don't think I'll be back to this location. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they had 5 or 6 people working.. the one kid completely forgot one of our sandwiches on the grill because he was busy talking (they offered a replacement because it was "kind of burnt but not that burnt") and then when we got it it had a huge chunk of bone or something...
