I’ve ordered from many Pizza Huts before and have never run into so many issues getting assistance in placing an order. The first time I called, an associate named Rick answered , and all seemed well, and then it seemed the call had disconnected, but then the events that followed led me to believe that I was hung up on intentionally. I called back a second time and was put on hold for an extended amount of time without a reason as to why. I hung up and called back a third time, and this time a woman answered, not telling me her name. I asked her to speak with a manager and was placed on another extended hold. Again I called back, and the same man who had initially answered picked up. I tried to ask him to repeat his name so I could confirm that it was the same individual as before, and he ignored my question, instead asking me what I wanted to order. I asked him to repeat his name again and was placed on hold without any prior notification. I will not be ordering from this location again, as the customer service was very much so lacking.

The sauce on the so called boneless wings were pathetic and hardly any sauce on the nuggets. The pizza was super greasy and my thin crust pepperoni and barely no cheese on my stuffed crust pizza. Very pathetic offering of pizza especially since it’s no other Pizza Hut in the area. Well guess papa John’s I go. Wish I post a pic of the cheeseless stuff crust pizza. What a joke

$2 personal plans, plus in an order waited 49min for pick up to only get there and realize they sold out of personal plans. BUT, Cindy make the order work. She was amazing. Even after a crazy busy Tuesday with orders she stayed calm and very polite and made the now new order quick for me. There needs to be more like Cindy!!! Great job and all the hard work today is appreciated. 🩷

This is the worst pizza we've ever had. We recently moved here and have ordered a couple of times from this Pizza Hut, thinking the mediocre flavor was an unfortunate coincidence the first time. We gave it another try, and now the pizza is not just tasteless... I also had to wait an extra 20 mins for mi carry out, they RAN OUT OF PEPERONI and apparently they were running out of dough as well. I had ordered a hand tossed regular crust and all I got was a paper thin flat pizza with mixed PEPERONI after almost 40 mins...
Never again. Not here!

Online order asked for extra sauce, but that most definitely didn’t happen , and what the heck is this cardboard crust? It’s worse than week old frozen pizza. It’s stale, incredibly dry slices of cheese on cardboard. Pizza Hut has gone absolutely cheap, making it NEVER WORTH IT AGAIN. not worth any amount of money .

This is a carryout location only, and the couple times I’ve picked food up they have been behind. Other people in line even mentioned that they’re always 30 minutes later than what the app says and that was my experience. Waited 30 mins to get the wrong pizza when no one told me that they ran out of stuffed crust. I wasn’t substituted with any upgrades and nothing was taken off my bill. The pizza was mediocre at best. Pizza Hut is my favorite cheap pizza, but I’ll never go back to this location. You can hear everything in the kitchen and a lady was talking about how much she was sweating and it didn’t make me confident that my food wasn’t going to get compromised somehow with how much she was commenting about it.

Kitchen is gross (if you’ve been to the location you know you can see directly in). Food reflects it as well. Taste is mediocre at best, pizzas are never cut through. Customer service non existent…. Sat in the lobby for over 10 minutes waiting just to pickup. I try to be understanding of restaurants but I don’t know how this place stays open with the same issues from every visit. I guess we all hope it will be better next time idk. Last time I order from here as it’s not worth the cost for mediocre products.

Is this a picture of yesterday’s leftovers? Nope, on our way from The Hut my kids each grabbed a piece. Dryyyyy and I asked for extra sauce! I went back in to ask for sauce cups bc there wasn’t extra sauce on the pizza and the guy said “well, I made and it and I put extra sauce”😒 I tasted one piece and it’s sooo salty. This is their new tavern pizza and it’s a waste of money. Told the kids they’re not getting anymore because it’s too salty. Also, the employee told me I can order regular crust instead on thin online and lol no you can’t. So annoyed I wasted my money and time. If you like thin, dry, hard, old tasting pizza go for it😊

This Pizza Hut will NEVER, EVER get my business again. Frist I called in a order for a medium hamburger pizza, and a large meatlovers, a order of cinnamon rolls and a 2 liter bottle of soda, I also left a tip for the delivery kid. After waiting for over an HOUR I got everything but my 2 liter, I called 3 times looking for my 2 liter, 3 times I was told that the delivery driver was still delivering, and would bring it to me. On my 4th and finale call I was told that the delivery drive told the manager that he delivered my soda, 3 hours when I frist called. I NEVER GOT IT!!!! I was told to contact the general manager the next day. I'm not going to play phone tag looking for my 2 liter that I PAID FOR, I'll just boycott this Pizza Hut.
