Alyssa was awesome. The inside was a bit busy and noisy so we elected to sit outside. She was super friendly and came out multiple times to check on us and even brought us refills and extra ketchup

Alyssa was an awesome associate, very polite and personable. The food was spot on and my friend and I was treated like we came into a 5 star restaurant! Great job and well done, Alyssa! Keep up the good work!

Great food and even better service. I had a small issue with my order and it was promptly fixed by Brooklynn who was amazing and I really appreciate her help. Will be coming back to this location!

Raising Canes is just chicken and they do it well. Parking lot flow should have been laid out better. Trying to get out was pretty challenging. People kept driving through like it was linked to another business and traffic was high.

Lays a great dinner or lunch that is hot and ready in no time at all! Lo e their mascot as well being a dog lover! There is some room for improvement with some of the employees I have encountered since there opening of thr Belevue location but other than thay everything is on the higher end in evaluatiins!

Raising Cane's is delicious but the service could have been better. Also it was hard to find a clean table and there was ketchup everywhere by the soda fountain.

I went through the drive-thru and couldn't even get my order out before the person on the headset was saying, will that be all? I told her what kind of drink I wanted again she says will that be all. Pulling up to the window they already had my food out the window and My drink and I said can you just hold on and be a little patient

They don't have many options, you get chicken, fries, toast and cole slaw.
They only have THEIR sauce that I didn't really care for. Since I was eating it for a quick lunch, that was disappointing. would of liked options like BBQ, ranch or sweet and sour to eat with the chicken.
If it's your first time, tell them and drive up to the menu, they like to take orders 4 to 5 cars ahead of the menu board.

"Extremely disappointing curbside experience. I arrived, checked in on the app, and waited 15 minutes—only to realize no one was bringing out my order. Went inside to find my food and drinks just sitting there, while the cashier seemed clueless about curbside pickup even existing. By the time I got home, my food was cold, and my drinks were watered down from sitting so long. Completely unacceptable. My order was #33513149091741709—how about a refund for the wasted time, poor service, and ruined meal?"

Food is good, just like you'd expect from Canes, but the landscaping has been done incorrectly. The oak tree is a native, slow growing tree, but the "MULCH VOLCANO" will slowly kill it in the next 5 years. All the trees on site, are victims of improper mulch. Mulch holds moisture against the bark/trunk which encourages fungus and viral disease. The bark has evolved to dry out between rains.
Even though Canes is a Nationwide company, they should try to learn about the local Nebraska ecosystems, plants, and proper landscaping practices.
