we absolutely loves Roma's. never ever have we had bad service and the food is always so good and portions are ridiculous. please please expand with another location closer to gretna you would do so well!!!! definitely missing this type of service and amazing food in gretna!!!
We had a great time today at Roma’s. My husband and I shared a sampler platter. Our waiter Donovan was awesome. He was patient with our order. I always have a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable. He brought us extra plates when needed, and kept our drinks full. He was kind and gave us suggestions. Thanks for a great meal Donovan!
Horrible experience we were in this evening around 4 PM on Sunday. There was 14 of us. We called ahead for a reservation. They told us they wouldn’t take a reservation that we could come in and they would get us a table we showed up. They said they have no tables That could come accommodate us. Therefore they put us at two 6 top tables that were kind of in an alcove wall surrounding them so it’s not like we could communicate with each other.
