One of your managers was so unfriendly, and her face was irritated from the moment I walked in. Even as I was ordering, she had the biggest attitude. When my food was brought to me she basically slammed it on the table. It’s not necessary to say “enjoy”, but she said it to the people around me, so it rubbed me the wrong way when she didn’t say it to me. She was wearing a black apron, glasses, and a low pony tail. Her name started with an A I believe. Please have a conversation with her about costumer service.

Twice in a row they've been out of sandwiches and asked me to wait 10 minutes. Food is good, though I nearly died of old age waiting for it. Staff is polite, and store is clean.

My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal and had a wonderful experience. I had an orginal Runza and he had Swiss cheese Runza, both were delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well lit. There was handicapped accessibility both inside and out. Again we had a wonderful experience.

Just got home with my food. Ordered a chicken berry salad and the lettuce was all rusty and wilted and had to replace it with our own lettuce. Also ordered fringes (which I said twice) and got rings. Service is horrible
