Nicole is amazing waitress and the food was great. She is so polite and make you feel comfortable talking to her

We came here at 11:30am for lunch on a Monday and 3verything was so good! They didn't have the conveyor belt running when we initially got there but shortly after they made lots of fresh sushi and other dishes. Everything was super fresh, tasted great, and there was a good variety of options to choose from on the conveyor belt. Scallion pancakes, spicy crab roll, and the sushi tacos were some of our favorites. The service was great. At some sushi conveyor belt places, they won't put out fresh food when it's slow or just a couple guests but not this place! We used to frequent the conveyor belt sushi place in omaha but we will be making the drive to this one for now on. Everything was so good and we will definitely be back!

The idea is good and the place looks cute, but the food was just not good. The hibachi had a strange flavor and they don’t have yum yum sauce, the ramen was bland and almost tasted stale? The sushi train obviously is refrigerated, but that then makes anything like crab Rangoon cold as well, unfortunately. Also the miso soup that came with the hibachi was so cold it was like it had just been stored in the fridge and taken out and not heated up. We are not usually picky/sticklers when it comes to restaurants and we rarely leave reviews, but our food was bad enough that we didn’t take the leftovers.

Had a great experience here. Much better then the other local sushi train we have tried with a much larger selection and variety of rolls and apps over the lunch hour. Nicole was our server and did an excellent job.

We had an unforgettable time Sakai Sushi Train and Grill for my son’s 9th birthday. Nichole, our server, was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was perfect. The sushi arriving on the train was a fun touch, and my son loved watching it go by. The staff made the day even more special by singing to him and surprising him with a birthday cake. It was such a joyful experience, and we left with happy memories!

First, Nicole is the best server ever! If you don't know what to try, she'll point you in the right direction. I've lived in Japan, and this is the closest to authentic I've seen in Omaha/Bellevue by far. The train is an excellent idea because you can monitor exactly how much you want to eat, try a bunch of different things, and it's a lot of interactive fun. I'd say perfect in the daytime for family, and perfect in the evening for dates.

Amazing sushi - my husband and I often stop in for a quick lunch. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Jose is amazing!!
