This scooters is the worst one out of all of them lines take forever. My drinks aren’t blended well smoothie taste like water. The coffee was atrocious. Overall, a terrible experience. And in the morning we’re waiting in like for at least 20 minutes.

My wife made an online order and we've been waiting in line over an hour and still waiting. There's no reason making drinks should take this long even if it's your first day. We've never ever had to wait this long. This location needs to get better. My wife's drink wasn't even blended all the way. They need to get better

This is consistently the worst scooters. The lines take forever and the coffees taste terrible compared to every other scooters around. The staff don’t even use the recipes, I have watched them make my drinks and they just dump a bunch of syrup and heat up the milk without properly steaming and let the espresso sit and get burnt. The coffee has actually been unsinkable and Ive had to throw it away when I got to work. They also have given me frozen solid food.
Please consider retraining your staff.

Ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte. They forgot to put the coffee in it. Nothing but milk and ice with a little bit of flavoring. Scooters has been going downhill fast. I used to make fun of Starbucks because of their lack of service but this is probably gonna change.

Ft Crook is a little different, probably one of the og since you pull up to the window on both sides and order face to face. Bummed I didn't get any stickers with my drinks. I collect them by transferring them to my water bottles. Coffee is always amazing 😻

Skip this scooters they don’t understand that a Caramelicious is not the same thing as a LATTE. Scooters even charges more for the Caramelicious. Never coming back here.

Worst Scooters in town, they always out of ice or can't make drinks right, they keep changing staff they all look so unhappy to work here, if you hate your job so much go work somewhere else. There is only one nice girl here and you know who you are, keep that smile, the rest are rude and lazy, make drinks right they are not cheap, and that is your job. Scooters on 25th and cornhusker the best one in Bellevue so far. Don't go here. Also be careful they don't scan smiles and refuse to give a receipt.
