Worst Scooters in town, they always out of ice or can't make drinks right, they keep changing staff they all look so unhappy to work here, if you hate your job so much go work somewhere else. There is only one nice girl here and you know who you are, keep that smile, the rest are rude and lazy, make drinks right they are not cheap, and that is your job. Scooters on 25th and cornhusker the best one in Bellevue so far. Don't go here. Also be careful they don't scan smiles and refuse to give a receipt.

Went and was quick service. Like the two sided building. Easy to get into the parking lot for drive thru. Had a gift card on app and the cashier did not know how to use it. So when I paid it wouldn’t apply the balance. When asked why she didn’t know said it never works so she would just discount one drink. Good value though and caramelicious is good. They were not able to make peanut butter protein drink as said out of peanut butter mix.

This location is simply the WORST Scooter's I have been to and I've been in multiple states. They are either: always out of something, equipment is broken, or not accepting certain forms for payment. To top it off, they are unpleasant, unprofessional, and EXTREMELY SLOW. Today, I waited 15 minutes for a plain coffee, Chai tea, and a cinnamon roll. And this was after they gave my cinnamon roll to the customer at the other window and then had to take it back [which is contamination]. Then, the girl handing me my drinks "didn't know which was which" so she proceeded to stick her eye into the opening of the cups, all the while dangling her unkempt long hair over my drinks. No stoppers either. This location is just disgusting on many levels. I have given them about 5 chances over the past few years. Never again. I live literally 45 seconds from this location and will continue to go to the 25th & cornhusker location.

I dont know who that gal was with the tattoos and long nails but yall needa get that girl some help or a raise. i went through today she was only one there running two windows. And she made the best caramel coffee ive ever had from a scooters location 10/10 recommend.

I go here often for my co-workers. I have never had anything but a positive experience here! The young ladies that work here have never been anything but kind and focused on getting my order to me quickly and correctly.They are "chatting it up" with the other employees from what I have observed having the person not at the window filling the order as they are getting payment and then seem to be right there helping out! As far as the amount of time to get your order you have to understand if the car in front of you orders 5 blended drinks it's gonna take a few minutes ! As for the line they don't control how many people want coffee or food ,especially at prime time in the morning. We have seem to be in an era of entitlement where people don't think they have to treat service employees with kindness or respect! I will keep going here because they are kind,funny,efficient,and make great coffee better with their great attitudes. Oh and they have NEVER asked me if I want my change back! Thanks ladies for your hard work>
