Went and was quick service. Like the two sided building. Easy to get into the parking lot for drive thru. Had a gift card on app and the cashier did not know how to use it. So when I paid it wouldn’t apply the balance. When asked why she didn’t know said it never works so she would just discount one drink. Good value though and caramelicious is good. They were not able to make peanut butter protein drink as said out of peanut butter mix.
I dont know who that gal was with the tattoos and long nails but yall needa get that girl some help or a raise. i went through today she was only one there running two windows. And she made the best caramel coffee ive ever had from a scooters location 10/10 recommend.
I go here often for my co-workers. I have never had anything but a positive experience here! The young ladies that work here have never been anything but kind and focused on getting my order to me quickly and correctly.They are "chatting it up" with the other employees from what I have observed having the person not at the window filling the order as they are getting payment and then seem to be right there helping out!
