For the second time, I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a regular cup of coffee and had them tell me “we don’t have any brewed coffee.” For god’s sake it states Scooter’s drive thru coffee on the sign!

absolutely terrible sat in line for 20 minutes to receive the completely wrong drink. i orders a carmalisous and received a peanut butter power!

We ordered a Kitkat blender and 2 oreo blenders, when we payed they gave us a breve and we told the lady it was wrong and we didnt order it, the lady replied in a rude tone “then what was it because i heard breve”. We repeated to her “kit kat blender” and she gave a look and laughed, once she went to to make the drink we could hear her complain. Once the drink was handed, it wasnt even made properly. I order this drink very often and was so disappointed when i received it but i was too annoyed already with the service that i just left. I come here often and usually the people are nice but this is the 2nd time receiving bad costumer service.

Be careful and be sure to ask for your receipt! I knew something felt off with the price so I asked for the receipt. Mind you, this was the first time getting this drink. She shuffled around for a while and gave it to me. It was not what I ordered. I order a small blended caramelicious and it listed a large strawberry drink with add protein. She said oh you have to add the numbers so that’s why. Whatever that meant. She took back the receipt she had given me, then the two coworkers shared a look. She fixed it and said sorry for the inconvenience. At the time of order there was no car in front or back of me. So no, this was not a mix up. A car did pull up as I was handed my drink. This was very suspicious rude behavior. After she took my card the first time she commented on how pretty my ring was. When she first did this I thought she was being nice. I now understand that this was a distraction. Scooter’s I’m very disappointed.

Scooters offers as part of rewards to get a free drink after so many drinks purchased, which is a great give back to the customers, but what is the point of that if when we are getting our free drink, that we have earned, we don’t get the same quality of service? I ordered a Warm Salted Carmel Latte and the coffee inside of my cup was cold! Because it was free? So Just because I am trying to cash out my reward, that I have earned, I get poor service and cold coffee. Please tell me again what is the point of the rewards program? To give out to people left over coffee?

I moved away, but not before I stopped here one last time. By far my favorite chain coffee shop, they're always so nice and my order was always correct and out the window fast. Please bring more Scooter's to the rest of the midwest!

Vegetarian options: Some veg options but check for gelatine.

Third time this has happened exclusively at this location, I guess at this point it's my fault for coming back. You really need to train your employees how to use the nitro machine, every time I've gotten it at this location it's just 50% froth. I'm not spending $7 on a drink for it to be half full. I understand that nitro will take up some space, but this location figured out how to use all the space.

This is my favorite scooters to go to due to one outstanding employee. Wish I knew their name but they are always so nice to me. They always have conversations with me and make me feel happy rather than just giving me my drink and saying “have a nice day.” This employee always writes nice things on my cup. They call me Barbie after we discussed the Barbie movie. It’s funny and makes me feel like I have a friend at scooters. So if you know who I’m talking about or if the employee I’m mentioning sees this. You know who you are. Thank you for making my mornings. This employee deserves a raise!!!! It’s employees like this that keep a place functioning. :))))

It's nice to enjoy a treat every now and again. Until I visited this particular scooters. The order was wrong and I was also charged for an ice water. They made me pay for an ice water and wouldn't even give me a cup size larger than a small. Wow starbucks all the way from now on what a greedy little shack with zero customer happiness in practice. Person taking the order was so focused on upselling bottled water and arguing the rest of my particular order was incorrect. Over the years I've Never had this experience from a scooters till I visited this location.
