I got a coffee from there and they didn’t acknowledge me and had there conversation and then when they were done making me my coffee they handed to me and continued to have their conversation

I absolutely love Scooters, especially their Caramelicious – it’s my go-to every time. The service is always excellent, but I have to give a special shoutout to the Shenandoah location. Every Sunday morning I swing by with my dog, grab my coffee, and a puppy cup for him. The guy at the drive-thru is always so sweet and friendly, even when my dog is barking like crazy in the back seat. It’s become our little weekend tradition, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Don’t know who the blonde haired lady was but I think her name was Taylor or something but she was rude. Not going back to Scooters.

Always a favorite, can never go wrong, especially now that they've extended their sugar free options.
I marked the service down only because I object to the flavor of the DAY being ended when morning ends.

The service was painfully slow, with employees loudly complaining about management instead of helping customers. On top of that, they were rude and dismissive. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Always go through drive-through and get exactly what I want and get suggestions and everybody’s really friendly always and I love their coffees and their smoothies and lattes

I came inside the other day and an employee with a beanie was on his phone throughout the whole transaction. I felt highly disrespected and will not be coming back to this location again.
