If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered 2 medium peppermint hot chocolates. Paid $13. Both of them had espresso shots in them. Very heavy coffee flavor. If I wanted coffee, I would have ordered coffee. I wanted HOT CHOCOLATE! Wasted $13. Couldn't drink it. Won't go to this location ever again.

Went to get my every day go to before my drs appointment (in a rush so I couldn’t check) and they forgot the sauce for my spicy breakfast burrito, so I stopped at another scooters and they told me they’re not the same chain and I had to pay for a little sauce packet. Very bad customer service.

I ordered the Strawberry Horizon Red Bull Infusion, and I am most certain that all I received in my cup was ice and Red Bull. I have had the drink at other locations, and they were great. This one, however, was not good. I have had issues with this location prior not making their drinks correctly. I will not be back to this location.
