The workers are so nice my little boys got smoothies and donuts today and to our surprise they got sunglasses what’s amazing is the sunglasses weren’t a girly color they were red which can be used for boys or girls! They’re so cute.

Since this location is conveniently on my way to work, I swing in often. However recently, I have noticed that when I order a large hot drink, I am only getting a little over half of the drink and the rest is foam. While I always have a good experience with the team, it is very disappointing that I am paying for a large drink and I am only getting half or little over half of it. While I understand the cup will not be filled to the tippy top, halfway is ridiculous. This has been a consistent issue with not only my drink, but my husband's as well. This is the only location that I have had this issue.

Disappointing experience at Scooters Coffee. The staff seemed completely disorganized and forgot simple details of my order. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I mentioned it, they seemed confused and didn’t offer to fix it. The service was slow, and it felt like no one knew what they were doing. I won’t be coming back.
