Wait 5 mins in drive thru for two tall drinks. One hot chocolate with extra chocolate and white chocolate mocha with extra extra extra caramel. Recieved the drinks. Both tasted water down. Went back in and said they both tasted water down. The First Lady was nice and said sorry and will get it remade. The girl who remade the drinks seemed annoyed and had aggressively put my cup down after remaking the drink the liquid popped out some of that liquid had got on her finger, she made the face and action like ooofff!! 😣 ( I was thinking in my head that’s what you would call instant karma.) As your annoyance of having to remake the drink is unnecessary. Then she asked the girl at the drive thru window for stopper to give. The girl grabs two, while I have my hand out she places it on the dirty counter. I looked at my husband and he said to her are you annoyed that we asked for our drinks to be remade. She said I’m not the one remaking it. Instead of going back and forth my husband said okay and we left. We got our 2nd drink. And my husband drink still taste water down. And then my drink taste like milk.

I see a barista there every time I go, she looks miserable and gets orders wrong every time. I asked her to remake my drink and she didn’t even apologize. She just went a remixed it and thought it would be fine. On top of that, they take forever.

I ordered a caramel crunch frappe, but that is not what I received, whoever made my order needs to be retrained because it tasted like icy milk with splash of coffee, I there was no caramel or crunches to it.

Just go to the location in Target or on 72nd st.

This is by far one of the WORST locations in the state. Not only are the baristas flustered at the sight of a line, but they also have no idea how to properly ring in a drink. For someone who comes in daily and orders the same exact drink, it makes absolutely NO sense why my drink was $8 on Wednesday, $12 on Thursday, and $15 on Friday. Not to mention, on Tuesday, they took 45 minutes to make the drink, and it was still wrong.

Although the store manager remade the drink, this location seems to lack in the areas of customer service, consistency, cost, and capability. Driving 20 minutes to a new Starbucks is not only inconvenient but completely ridiculous. There are maybe 2 or 3 employees able to retrain the whole. And if your staff isn't enjoying their job...fake it till you make it. Stop scowling at customers in the lobby as you steam the milk. That's probably why your guys keep getting order wrong and have 15+ minutes wait times. Misery doesn't go well with anyone's morning coffee.

Long line at the drive-through, so I went inside. The cashier was kind enough to mention that anything that wasn't brewed coffee with cream would take 10-15 minutes. I just wanted caffeine and was in a hurry, so I ordered a medium brewed with cream. I am so thankful for the honesty. I was in and out in a minute. Great employee service. I wish I had remembered her name.

I love the staff at this location especially the morning girls. I’m a regular. They always greet me and acknowledge me. Today especially they wrote on my cup and maybe they do that for everyone but it was definitely something I needed and I’m so thankful for them.

Espresso is always burnt ?
This place is closest to me. The staff are wonderful and drop coffee is delicious. HOWEVER, consistently any latte or beverage that has espresso taste like tar ??? I drive out to 72nd way out of my way to make sure I don’t buy something that ends up in the trash. Please ? please solve this problem!

Typical Starbucks. NOT kid friendly! Coffee shops (this one is small) is not an appropriate place to let your unsupervised toddler run around and interrupt others. I pay too much for coffee to have a meeting with friends for you to bring your screaming mimi in to pollute my ears. Staff really should've intervened, especially as this is a good reason why I won't do repeat business here!

Kid-friendliness: This is a SMALL shop! If you do bring in your small children, at least supervise them! A three year-old almost pulled over a heavy display which would have resulted in injury, and of course the irresponsible mother didn't notice as her eyes were glued to her phone! But she'd be the first one to drop a lawsuit for hurting her baby!

I ordered ahead on the app to go through the drive thru to pick up, and I live barely 2 minutes away. I had to sit in the drive-thru line for about 5 or so minutes before I got to the speaker. I used some of my points to make the ham and cheese croissant free. Not only was that dried up and crunchy, but my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was the consistency of a warm smoothie. Surprisingly, the cookie crumble was well blended this time, as most of the other times I've gone through this location, the chunks were too big to suck up with the straw. At least the service was fast and friendly when I finally got to the first widow to pay.. lol.

Parking: Very limited for parking, and the driveway into the tiny strip mall area is very cramped and has RIDICULOUS potholes all over! That area was definitely poorly planned out.
