Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Consistently for years. Horrible customer service. Typing this as I wait at window for a mobile order for over 10 minutes and was told my drink was done and to drive up. No other cars in line even. They then proceeded to hand me someone else’s drink. All the staff inside didn’t even come to window to say it would be a minute when I drove up. I only come here when I’m desperate, and I will certainly just be skipping this location for good after yet another horrible experience lmao. I literally NEVER complain and am an easy customer, but this place is so bad I felt compelled to share so others don’t waste their time and money.
Had to wait behind a couple of cars. The car at the window sat there and talked for about 10-15min after getting their food and even passed a dog through the window

I don't know what the deal is at this location. I placed an online order and when I checked out it said 15 mins. I got to the store and I have been waiting in the drive thru line for 30 mins!
And when I said I was here for my order, the staff said they had JUST received my order and that I would probably still have to wait for my order at the window for a while.
I would leave the line, but I already paid for my drink.
And it's not the first time they are super slow!
If you're in a rush- go to scooters!!

They had no caramel syrup but didn't say anything and replaced it with... I don't know... Cinnamon powder? So now the only thing I can afford to get for myself this week is totally incorrect and gross. Thanks!
Edit: I did not have time to wait for a new drink to be made when I already waited nearly 20 minutes in drive through line. And because I ordered a typical drink with NO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS I mistakenly assumed the employees could read, and didn't check it as I had to rush back to work to not lose my job for the long drive through wait.

This has to be the most consistently insulting Starbucks in the area. They prioritize speed and make drinks wrong, routinely.
I worked in coffee, so I know how long it takes to pull a shot of espresso and what it should look like - they overfill blended drinks with milk because the espresso takes too long to prepare correctly. So, you end up paying $8 for a cup of milk.

Can take a minute to get your order from time to time. However, the staff is awesome the outside surroundings as well as the inside are clean and well maintained.

I placed an order for a drink to be picked up through the drive thru. After being asked to pull ahead, I waited for almost ten minutes to get my two drinks. This was while at least seven or eight different cars went past me. They never brought out my drinks, so I had to physically go inside this store, reach over the counter and grab my drinks. It was extremely unprofessional and really annoying that my drinks were just sitting there while the whipped cream was melting because nobody wanted to bring out the drinks! Don't ask people to pull ahead let them stay there until they're drinks are made!!!!!

This store used to be my favorite store. Lately I have been asking for light ice so I can actually drink coffee and not water ice! Today again they put a lot of ice when I specifically asked for light ice and when I told them they had an attitude and made me a new one and barely had any coffee in it and she looked at me and said here is your light ice. I just left because I didn’t want to argue anymore, but I should have told them to just give me my money back!
I've been to this location 13 times in the last four weeks. I get the same drink, 30 oz cold brew, every time. Takes 30 seconds to poor it and add the cream/ice. Having to wait an average of 20 minutes from the time of placing the order is rather ridiculous.

This location deserves 0 stars. I order the same thing all the time and they never get it right. You question if it’s right and they always get an attitude. Including the current manager. I’ve had to switch locations, but I’ve noticed no matter where i go It’s never consistent. Just disappointing then you can’t easily complain about an order in your app.

Unbelievable. I asked for a small cup of strong coffee and the staff person just looked blank back at me, did not enter anything into the register. Then she says, “I don’t really know coffee.” Lol. This is a coffee place, it’s kinda your job to know coffee. Unreal. Then I wait ten minutes for a simple drip coffee even though there’s not any other customers in the store. Won’t be back.
Came here for a drink and wasn’t at all what I ordered. I have come here many times and they mess up my order multiple times.
