Incredibly slow had to wait a half an hour to get to the speaker only to be told I couldnt use my coupon because they didn’t get to me fast enough.

Terrible, terrible organization and customer service. I ordered my drinks in the cafe at 2:25 and I was told the wait time was 15 minutes. I waited and 30 minutes passed by I asked one of the baristas about my drinks and she told me their mobile orders got messed up and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes and asked again and I was told they were going to make them soon ( they didn't!). They kept giving orders out to drive through and people who ordered hot drinks in the cafe. Everyone else kept getting their drinks but us. In the end, it took them 1 hour to finally start making my drinks because I kept asking them why it was taking so long. This is completely unacceptable. It should not take more than an hour to make 4 drinks even if you're busy. The baristas were dismissive and not helpful at all. All the time I waited just for the drinks to taste bad and watery.

Super Rude.I ordered two drink and a cheese danish.She just handled the cheese danish to me and say have a nice day.And make me wait like 10 min for my coffee.This place was not busy.You guys should work in customer service.

This review is long overdue. I know this Starbucks has had its challenges with management and staffing over the last few years, but I’ve been coming here for more than six years and I’ve never had an issue with service, speed, or quality.Just today I made the mistake of pre-ordering a sandwich too soon and so it was out for almost 30 minutes. I went through the drive-through and asked them if they could just microwave the sandwich they had already made and they INSISTED on making me a brand new one. I was so appreciative that I wish I had cash to tip them for their trouble, but I didn’t. I will definitely be sure to come back in the coming days and give them a nice tip for being so great! ❤️

I think they need move different area because of long line. Always had to wait more than 15 mins for orders. It still confuse me as they always do orders different times when i already have some orders but still waiting 10 minutes for 1 drink while they do multiple orders. They need to improve somehow.

Took a half an hour to get a single venti coffee ordered through the app even though 8 baristas were working. Meanwhile cars are flying through the drive thru. I guess that is what they prioritize. 0 point in using the app. Won’t be coming back to this

Poorly run and takes an excessive amount of time to get your order or get through the drive through. Even during non-peak hours, expect it to take 30 minutes to an hour of your time. Do not come to this location unless you have nothing better to do. It has only gotten worse and worse over the years.
