They need more employees,at least 3 there were only2 employees , 1 taking orders the other making coffee, we were only 3 costumes waiting for our coffee and they had an online order going first so … we waited for 14 min to have out coffee ready.

We waited in line for over 30 minutes with only two people in front of us. The first 10 minutes of being there, they were working on online orders only before helping the customers in line. There were two workers- one was taking orders AND making drinks(slowly may I add), the other one was doing dishes. Prioritizing customers over dishes and working as a team - one doing orders/other making drinks) and then clean when necessary would’ve made things go a lot more smoothly and faster

Very Very VERY slow. Waited more than 40 minutes for my online order. Asked for a refund at one point at which they said they couldn't provide and I'd need to ask for a refund at customer service int he grocery store.

Clerk had no personality, recipe not followed for making the drink. No, thank you, drop dead or go to hell!!! The drink just pushed toward me . Then they want to be tipped. Bring back quality customer service first.

I went to go redeem I deal that I had on the Starbucks app but when I arrived, the worker serving me had an attitude and didn't seem to want to do his job. I had asked politely for the reward and he flat out said "no." It was surprisingly rude to see that from a Starbucks staff member. I don't recommend this location, the Starbucks right next door in the Target is 100% better.

I went in a few days ago after my Dr's appointment to get a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Callie at the counter gave me the most uplifting and amazing customer service I've had in a long time! She's very personable & brightened my entire day. She also made my drink taste absolutely amazing! Will be going back just bc of her.
