I would rate this location one star if it wasn’t for ONE person! Her name was Kenzie and she was the best barista I’ve ever met in my 50 years of life. Her coffee are ALWAYS consistent and delicious! I wish I could hire her as my personal barista. She puts the stars in Starbucks! 10/10⭐️
They need more employees,at least 3 there were only2 employees , 1 taking orders the other making coffee, we were only 3 costumes waiting for our coffee and they had an online order going first so … we waited for 14 min to have out coffee ready.
I went in a few days ago after my Dr's appointment to get a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. Callie at the counter gave me the most uplifting and amazing customer service I've had in a long time! She's very personable & brightened my entire day. She also made my drink taste absolutely amazing! Will be going back just bc of her.
