Consistent food meeting chain standards. However, the noise level in the store made it virtually impossible to hear the employees. Still not sure I got what I asked for on my sandwich.

I don’t recommend coming to this Subway, worker was extremely stingy with vegetables as if paying out of his own pocket. I ordered a footlong steak & cheese, it also had the wrong cheese and no extra cheese. Feels like it’s such a simple task of assembling a sandwich but somehow we mess that up.

The employees were just flat out disrespectful and rude. Tried to charge 19.00$ for a 8$ sandwich, and a bit pushy to get another customer and I out the door, to close.... 35 minutes early. Trash.

Today was the second time they refused to honor advertise special. When I showed them on my phone that was advertised they refused to honor it. I'll find another store before I go back to the one on Galvin road in Bellevue.

First time I’ve ever left a bad review on anything. I was here today for lunch and it was perfect, came back to get another sandwich and it was done wrong. That wasn’t a problem, but when I mentioned to the person making it that it was wrong, they told me I was wrong and kept making it. I eat here all the time but definitely won’t anymore, I’ve never not left a tip before today.

The footlong cookie is AMAZING very moist chewy chocolatey as you can see from the one picture. The footlong pretzel was just a tad overdone but still very good.. would recommend trying them if you're a pretzel or cookie fan before they're gone.

Ordered a #10 and due to their new tray for the meat side it hides their actions with what they are putting on your sub. They did not put the 2x cheese or the bacon on the sub and when asked to fix it they gave me a dirty look and acted snide.If you want what you order just go to the Jimmy John's down the street.

I ordered online for lunch. I showed up almost 10 minutes after the app told me my two sandwiches would be ready. I stood in line with only 2 people in front of me. When I got to the front I said I had an online order and gave my name. The worker said only one sandwich had been made and they'd start making the other now. I stood there for another minute expecting they'd make it right then since I was there and in line. She said have a seat and it would be ready in a couple minutes. I waited 10 minutes and watched 5 customers arrive, order food, watch it made, and leave again. I went to the register skipping everyone in line this time and asked if my food ready. There was a new worker helping who had come back from break and wasnt sure. She asked the other worker who I spoke to initially. She said they hadn't made it still because they got "slammed with customers". I said, "well what am I?" I ordered and paid over 30 minutes ago. I've been waiting for almost 15 minutes in person watching new customers come and go. They apologize, but the first worker seemed frustrated with me for not waiting...??? They handed me my two sandwiches a few minutes later. I check them and one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly from my order request (which is on a receipt that gets printed for them to follow with online orders). I asked for the correct sandwhich and apologized saying Im not trying to be difficult, but I've waited a long time, pretty patiently, and I don't like the bread type that was mistakenly used (herb and cheese)--any other kind would have been fine. I guess it worked out because I think that was the first one made and had been sitting for around 30 minutes, with dead cold chicken. They did make a new one right away. The second worker apologized and offered me a free 6 inch next time I can't but didn't give me a coupon or anything so Im not sure how I'm supposed to use that. They let me keep the wrong sandwich (which I gave away to a coworker). Then I left, nearly 30 minutes after arriving. I probably won't be back for a while.
