I've only ever gotten a sandwich here twice. Once through the drive through and the other inside (ordered via mobile app). BOTH times I asked for my sandwich to be extra toasted. NETHER time was my sandwich toasted at all.
The first time I was through I also ordered a sandwich with white bread and I got wheat.
To be clear: neither of the times these mistakes were made was there an explanation given.

Went to the window instead to order and she said she won’t take my order that I had to use the touch screen or come inside bad bad bad business you’re that lazy you make a customer come inside with a dog and two children rather then just taking a customers order at the window or making a customer use a computer to order is crazy

Lazy Awkward kids hiding in the back come to pickup my order everytime they don’t say one word and just hand me a random order and look at me like i’m stupid when I check if it’s mine and they try to run to the back and I have to stop them because they usually forgot my drink

Can this place just get it together! One entrance was open. The other doors were locked. Bathrooms are disgusting. No paper towels to dry your hands. Four people working and still seems like complete chaos.
First, this shop was extremely busy! It appeared that there was low staffing. However, the food prep area was a MESS! My sandwich was literally thrown together (I wish I had taken pictures!), and the bread hadn't even been sliced all the way through. When I got home to open my sandwich wrapper, all of the contents were OUTSIDE of the bread. I shouldn't have to redo a sandwich at home to be able to consume it, especially after their prices had gone up!

Ordered delivery through DD. This is how my sandwich arrived. Looks like they picked parts of the bread off. I ate the first half, even with 2 sauces, oil & vinegar added on, this was the dryers sandwich I have ever ate. Very disappointed in the “service” provided.

Ordered 2 foot longs. What we got was a mess. First of all I couldn't even tell which sandwich was which. I didn't want a gallon of mustard or any at all dumped on my sandwich or hot peppers. Mustard was dripping everywhere and stained my shirt.Didn't taste very good at all. My sandwich was missing items & had items I didn't want. We called and asked for manager & was told she was out & would call us back but never called us back at all. We drove clear across town to go to this one because the one on Dodge sucks and this trip we were .........Very disappointed!
