Second time in a row I order a nacho Bell grande and there is no meat, only beans! Way too expensive to be ripped off every time. Starting to think it is deliberately being missed so they can money. Not happy!

I went to Taco Bell against my better judgement (this has happened to me before) with my granddaughter because she wanted to go inside and order. There was nobody to take my order, nobody to answer questions and I was forced to use a kiosk that hasn't got the options that we wanted. No one to answer any questions so I ended up with a crappy incomplete order. Another customer came in with the same issue, one person started helping him and he was pulled off the front counter by the POS manager for helping customers. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I'll never go back, too bad cuz I like Taco Bell. If I had the time and the money I would sue them for emotional distress for the pain and suffering they caused me and two other customers in the store at the same time. Had to yell to get my ordered made after 15 minutes. One of complete joke. Ive had a successful business for 48 years and I would never dream of treating my customers with such disrespect and arrogance.

Apparently they close 10 minutes before they advertise they close. I was at the drive thru speaker at 1:50 and was turned me away cause she said they were closed and not serving any more customers. If that’s the case you should advertise different closing hours if your goal is to get your closing shift employees out at a certain time.

I have literally been trapped in their drive thru for a half hour with no end in sight. The drive thru is blocked on both sides and each car is taking literally 5-10 minutes to continue. I would NOT have come here if I knew this.
I don't necessarily blame whoever is working. I blame whoever allowed this to happen.
Update: after being trapped in the drive thru for 50 minutes I left without food. I don't trust an establishment that would keep people for an hour against their will.

The last 3 times I've paid for the (special avocado sauce) don't get it. I call and get told next time just tell them. Every time I do, I get told (nope, you gotta pay). This last time, I asked them to place the packets in my hand. They said no.

By far the worst Taco Bell of Bellevue. Not busy and they still managed to mess up the order. Only part of what I ordered was correct. Three people at the drive through and instead of listening to the person ordering they’re chatting with each other. Rude.

I go to Taco Bell a lot being a server that gets off at 11-12 sometimes it’s the only thing open and we all have our guilty pleasures and i go to multiple Taco Bell’s but this is my favorite a lot of other ones just seem annoyed with their jobs which understandable sometimes we all are but this Taco Bell always seems so positive and more welcoming to requested vs having an attitude and today i realized 9/10 it’s a guy named Matt i recognized him from previous experiences and i have never once seen him be anything but helpful and kind and i think that’s rare in the fast food industry so this is just a shout out to matt!!

I ordered a beef supreme chalupa. I was told I couldn’t order a beef supreme Chalupa, could only get steak or chicken So I agreed to a steak supreme Chalupa.. When I got home, I realized I got charged and received a street Chalupa, which is completely different than what I ordered. You would think when I ordered beef, they would’ve thought that I probably meant that original Chalupa‘s. Didn’t even seem to cross their mind.

I always use drive-thru. Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. No surprise there. The service is good, but every once in a while, they will forget your hot sauce or the soft tacos won't be rolled correctly. The soft taco will be falling apart when you take it out of its wrapping.
