The last 3 times I've paid for the (special avocado sauce) don't get it. I call and get told next time just tell them. Every time I do, I get told (nope, you gotta pay). This last time, I asked them to place the packets in my hand. They said no.
I go to Taco Bell a lot being a server that gets off at 11-12 sometimes it’s the only thing open and we all have our guilty pleasures and i go to multiple Taco Bell’s but this is my favorite a lot of other ones just seem annoyed with their jobs which understandable sometimes we all are but this Taco Bell always seems so positive and more welcoming to requested vs having an attitude and today i realized 9/10 it’s a guy named Matt i recognized him from previous experiences...
I always use drive-thru. Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. No surprise there. The service is good, but every once in a while, they will forget your hot sauce or the soft tacos won't be rolled correctly. The soft taco will be falling apart when you take it out of its wrapping.
